+ -1 moreNot well, I was without heat for weeks. Only when the cold weather came did I get any response after making multiple calls. The price was very high and I felt I was being hijacked. Ultimately I called another company who was much easier to work with.
Description of Work: I had my heat go out and called Marco's to fix it. They promised to come in 2 days. They never showed up. When I called back they did not return my call. I was left without heat for 2 months. Finally when the weather got very cold, he came out, but only after I said I did not need a repair but wanted to buy something new. The price was about 1.5-2,000 higher than other people.

Description of Work: Turnedthe heater on in the fall and it blew cold air. They came promptly, fixed it explained what not to do in the future. Excellent.

Description of Work: Marco's flunkee came out to fix what was supposed to be a minor problem. He was constantly on the phone with Marco escalating what was wrong with my hot water heater and completely over charged me ( as I researched later) for parts and service. Marco dumped glycol on my lawn saying it would not hurt the grass but ended up killing it. What was supposed to be a $130.00 job ended up a $1,500.00 rip off after all was said and done. A part they put on the system burst 6 months later spewing water throughout my garage. I knew I supposed to still be "under warranty" but after my experience with this outfit I did not wish to have anything to do with Marco ripping me off again. I called someone else.
