+ -1 moreI was very pleased with Dustin Krandle with Madera who met with my boss to bid on her job. Dustin was prompt, prepared to discuss the issues I had illuminated in our email correspondence, knowledgable about the materials she was interested in building with. He has a ton of experience and was her first choice as a builder until she met another builder that was more her age mate, had common interest and similar life experiences who was just as qualified. We would have used Madera Construction for this project and encourage others to do the same. I believe this company would be great to work with.
Description of Work: I called Madera Construction to bid on building a hew home for my boss.

+ 0 moreI appreciated the professional and timely manner Clark consistently used in our discussions and his follow-up. Explanations were clear and the work was done in a timely manner. Final invoicing included copies of related expenses and vendor invoices, and was a bit lower than the original estimate. Good deal all the way around.
Description of Work: Repairs were done to several structural problems on my house; and some adjustments were made to a couple structual issues, to prevent further damage before roof replacement in the next two years.
