JT Plumbing did all the install work at my new construction home. A snow melt boiler has never worked properly and needed a gas piping rework. JT does not return calls (said to be busy) or emails, which I find totally unprofessional. A pump was installed on the incorrect side of the boiler and needs to be moved. I have now hired a new contractor to complete the original work.
Description of Work: JT Plumbing did all the install work at my home. There were modifications that were needed after install and he was paid for that work also. There are still modifications that are needed.

Description of Work: My 8-year-old Munchkin boiler was overflowing and flooded our basement. Jason squeezed us into his schedule immediately, determined the problem, fixed it, checked out the entire system, and gave us a few pointers on how to fix it ourselves if this ever happens again. Thanks Jason!

Jason is great. Our boiler had problems since this house has sat empty for 5 years. He fixed it. Then the hot water heater went dead one morning. I called his cell and he helped me figure out what was wrong and came right out to get it going. He is great and very knowledgable
