Terry asked great questions about our yard and went into a lengthy description of the animals, their habits and whether to work on trying to eliminate them. He offered great advice - of not treating them at this time. I appreciated his candor - at the risk of eliminating an opportunity for business today. I would contact him again for any of his services any time in the future should I need them. Wonderful consultation and very professional.

Guardian Pest Control does a great job with my quarterly pest control service at my house. They are always on time and provide quick, professional service. Terry is courteous, professional, reasonable, honest and fair.

It was fantastic to work with Guardian. Terry was very accessible on the phone and able to come out the next day. He gave me an accurate estimate for cost and time (he did not charge me any more than he had estimated). He was incredibly thorough in identifying the areas where mice were likely entering my old house. Once he sealed those entries, we never saw another mouse (or evidence of their presence). I would wholeheartedly recommend Terry and Guardian to anyone. This local company is affordable, professional, and does a thorough job.

Great Job.

We were in the middle of a remodel in our kitchen when the contractor discovered ants in the attic. Our normal pest control person, General Pest Control, was away at a conference and actually recommended Guardian as a backup. We needed the problem addressed very quickly and Terry was able to give us same-day service that did not delay our construction at all. We discovered another area of ants nearby and he came back and treated it at no additional cost. Very good work!

He identified the type of ant that we had a problem with and offered options on how to treat the areas affected. We chose to have a one time treatment this year and do follow up as needed. It took about an hour treat everything, and there have been no problems since.

Terry knew exactly what he was talking about. He was professional, answered all my questions including those about any dangers in the spray (because I've got a toddler that likes to play outside), worked me into his schedule and was on time. He also didn't make me feel like he had to wrap up quickly with all my questions. He gave me all the information I needed about the box elders and was honest about how they behave, letting me know I may have to have the house treated again sometime within the next 4-6 months. He's also a local person with his own small business and I like supporting that, especially if they provide a great price and great service.

He was very responsive. He came to our house and did a very thorough job of reviewing and explaining the problem and the treatment that was required. He continued with follow up until the problem was solved. He was cheaper than the other people we called and much more responsive. We didn’t have any more problems after he took care of it.

I called Guardian Pest Control and talked to Terry Bowers. I explained my problem and Terry gave me an estimate on the phone. We set an appointment and Terry said he would confirm the price before any work was done, but after an inspection so he would know exactly how to take care of the problem. Terry showed up at the appointed time and took care of the problem for the price quoted. He was very neat and clean and presented himself as a professional! I would definitely use his services again!
