+ -1 moreTerrible, came 2 days late. after I had to call another company. Charge $180 for something I had told him was wrong, then proceeded to charge me, leave and never come back to actually fix this issue. Writing this after two weeks of waiting.
Description of Work: Washing machine water pump went out and needs replaced.

+ -1 moreHe also left a piece of equipment at our house. Instead of calling about it he just showed up one afternoon knocking loudly on our front door and woke up our newborn son. I told him how disappointed I was in his service (or lack thereof) at that impromptu meeting, but he made some lame excuse and tried to quickly leave .
Description of Work: We called this guy about our 35 year old sub-zero that had died. We knew that it was unlikely that it could be repaired because it was probably the compressor that went out. We called George and gave him the information about our appliance. We patiently waited 3 days for his first available appointment and we he arrived it took him about 2 min to determine it was the compressor. He then said he didn't do that type of work and I should call Southwest Appliance. He then said to be fair he would only charge me half a service call! You've got to be kidding me- why didn't you tell me over the phone that you didn't do that type if repair and save me the hassle of waiting three days and charging me $60?!! This guy had good online reviews and a Jesus fish in the phone book , but don't be fooled!

Description of Work: George came to my house to check out our dishwasher. He found the problem right away and said he would order the part. After a week, he reported that he had been told by his psrts supplier, that the dishwasheer was under recall. He gave me the information and I contacted the company. They will rerpair my dishwasher for free!! Still waiting for the part, hopefully this week. George did not charge me for his time. Thanks.

+ -1 moreI'm in a house that's new to me but with 3 older appliances that needed a look and were having a few problems. Geary took care of them, answered all my questions and came back a week later to install a part that made working with my dishwasher a million times better. Professional, timely, recommended. because of their pricing model, it makes great sense to have them come once and do all appliances in one visit. Much cheaper that way. Price is NA because my Home Warranty company covered it entirely. :)
Description of Work: Geary came and assessed all three - the stacked W/D and the dishwasher. He took apart, checked and cleaned all affected parts to improve performance

+ -1 moreNo problems whatsoever. Don't try this repair yourself, as the tech basically had to take the dryer apart to get to the heating element.
Description of Work: Replaced clothes dryer heating element. The tech definitely knew what he was doing, had the replacement part on hand, and completed the job in about 75 minutes. Sure glad I didn't try to tackle it myself!
