Description of Work: Worked on our lighting in two rooms, replacing ballast and two switches. I had bought the wrong part so more work will be done on the motion sensor in one room. Mark is described by others as a "gentle giant". My wife thinks he is a handsome Viking. I just think he knows what he is about and does the job well, fast with no complications. Communicates well about time he will arrive and then shows up as expected. All round: great experience and will use him again. Carney

Description of Work: A circuit breaker was not functioning and was replaced. An outlet was not functioning, it was fixed; another outlet was replaced at my request and determined that it was the proper kind. Two other outlets are loose, the parts were not available to repair so they are saved for another visit which is fine with me. The service was prompt, pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to use emf electric again.

 + -1 moreUPDATE: I had to update this review, because I have since found a really big problem with the work. Inside the new electrical box is a list of what switch turns off/on the electricity in what room(s) or appliance. I have since realized that he labeled everything wrong, which could be dangerous if you are not very careful when turning off the switch to an appliance or room when making a repair. I really hated to downgrade this person, as he was a really nice person, on time and a good communicator, except for when he writes things down wrong.
Description of Work: Ice coming off the roof of my house took down the electrical mast the previous winter and I needed to have a new one installed. The items installed were: an overhead riser, new meter socket and new disconnect.
