I was told that the roof would be repaired within a few weeks. This was understandable considering that the city was declared a national disaster zone. In October of 2020, I was told that the roof had been completed. I paid them in full for the work and thanked them for the service. I spoke with a family friend who said the roof had still been tarped and that the shingles had not been put on. I was then told that the shingles were back-ordered and that's why it hadn't been completed yet. I've been trying to get a straight answer ever since and it's now February of 2021 and I still don't have a roof on my home. It's a shame that a company would operate with such a lack of integrity, communication, and deception especially considering the challenges our country and our city have faced this year. Do not work with this company if they are a company at all.

Poor service, Poor follow-through, NO contact from the project manager and NO call back from the owner. They attempted to set up proper drainage prior to placement of the TPO covering and didn't do it right. The work was unsatisfactory and there were low points left on the roof after we specifically discussed it was flat and drainage was key. The workers left "all" their trash. The project manager didn't call me back once during the project. Finally, I called the owner and he never called me back again either. The workers stole my wet/dry vacuum and step ladder. I got the vac back but never saw the ladder. The worst part, I paid them in full up front. Big mistake.....

Very hard to get a hold of these people. Won't show up to start or finish a job. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone!

They showed up and got the work done. Now the work they did is disintegrating. Have tried contacting them for months - will not answer the phone or return calls to honor the warranty. Do not use this company under any condition.

They were neat, prompt, courteous and got in and got out. We are happy with end product and Durango Roofing exceeded our expectations.

We built a 3 separate floor house and roof installation was tricky because it had to slope from approximately 35' on the 3rd floor down to about 20' on the 2nd floor. They did an excellent job, snow in winter slid right off the we never had a problem with the roof. The company was prompt and the workers kept us informed during its progress.

Didn't showup on time. didn't complete the project correctly. Didn't provide the work quoted. Won't perform warranty work. totaly unprofesional. Very poor workmanship, all they are concerned about is getting paid.

We got a quote from them for $25000 but they ended up charging us $36000. Honestly, they are catalysts. Their actual work came in $11000 over their quote. Our contract was for $25000 and we paid them that but they came back later for another $11000. They broke a window in our home when they were there. They didn’t tell us about; when we found out and questioned them they told us they didn’t know how it happened. A whole bunch of their roofing stuff was spilt right at the edge of the window. They were lousy. They changed their dates on us a couple of times. They were terrible.
