+ -1 moreThey sent a highly experienced, knowledgable tech out the VERY SAME DAY - amazing. He knew exactly what he was doing, installed both cable jacks exactly as I wanted them done, provided me with a host of helpful information, and got it all done in less than the time he estimated it would take him - about an hour total. I also know that if I have additional questions, John will be available and happy to help.
Description of Work: I'm in an older house, but new to me, so I had the Cable guy come out for installation but it turns out that my old home has no cable jacks, so I called Durango Music. They installed 2 cable ports - one for my TV and one to anticipate my telephone and internet. I wanted it done asthetically, with a clean run of cables run outside my house, with miminal visual impact.
