DURANGO DECKS

Service pro person was very punctual and professional. The construction of our deck ( 06/05/2015 )was turning out very nice. As of 06/19/2022 the main deck ( center ) is warping, so I removed three of the planks, and visually the joints are separating. The mounting hardware connecting upper supports to the main Joist are too small. The cost of the construction was 40k Please view pics. The support hardware assembly of this deck should have used bolts and nuts and screws, not nails! I do not recommend this construction company.

Carl came out to look at the project. We asked him to talk to our builder and then after giving us an approximate start date we never heard from him again, Very disappointed that he couldn't take the time to communicate why he wasn't going to do the job and left us hanging for several weeks when we could have been looking for someone else.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Communicated with us expectations and project schedule. Done on time and with high attention to their own quality of work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Carl and his team if Chris and Warren to anyone.

Excellent service. So thankful to have found Carl and the guys at Durango Decks. They completed the job on time, on budget, professionally and excellent craftsmanship. Carl came up with a plan that works extremely well for our building, both structurally and aesthetically for a great price. I will work with them again and would highly recommend Durango Decks.

I contacted the provider (Carl) on a Wednesday, had a plan, two days later, on the next Friday, and a beautiful new deck completed by the following Tuesday. Time was an issue for me and their promptness was excellent. The crew was very professional and did a great job. There was a minor issue that had to be corrected and it was promptly taken care of the next day. I am very happy with the finished product and would be comfortable recommending Durango Deck to other people in need of a new, high quality, deck.
