Some of the things they fixed just fine while others were not addressed at all and still others were fixed wrong. - Install Dishwasher - It is working fine but the sound barrier was not installed correctly and I had to take off the kick plate and fix it. - Replace two drain plugs in the bathroom sinks - We thought they were just going to toss in a new plug but they replaced the whole drain assembly. We are happy with the result but it cost more than we had hoped. - Fix two leaking hose bibs - these are fixed and working fine. - Fix leaking tub handle - They installed it backward so that the hot was cold and the cold was hot. - Fix missing tub drain plug - They brought an insert that didn't fit and had no other solution. - Figure out why the shower has no water pressure and fix it. - they didn't do anything about this at all other than suggesting I buy and install the . - Install new outside hose bib. - They were going to call me back with a quote for this but never did. Note there was an apprentice with the pro that made some of the mistakes but I'm not sure that qualifies as a excuse.
