Russ and Pam Turpin did a fantastic job for us. We are 100% satisfied...in fact our expectations were exceeded. Even though we were a long distance away, communications were excellent through Skype. We were able to watch Russ make changes in the design using his CAD program live on our computer screen. Pam was extremely helpful in making the numerous choices of materials and accessories. We received samples by mail to help us make decisions. At all times during the process, Russ and Pam were mindful of the budget. We were able to monitor the progress through photos on the Custom Touch website. Pam provided detailed documentation of costs at regular intervals. The house was ready on schedule. When we walked through the door of our new home, we turned to each other and both said "Wow".
