Staff was nice and friendly. Never sure when they were going to show up (they were so late I wasn't sure they were even coming). This was a huge cause of anxiety because the job was for a business and we had made special arrangements to accommodate their original time frame. After they left we realized they had: Glued a quarter to our floor intentionally; smeared paint on, moved, and broke a fan that was specifically set up to vent the nasty fumes; smeared bits of paint in various odd places (I think this was intentional because there were small items placed in the paint). The paint started chipping and peeling within one week in several different areas. Paint color was changed slightly 3/4 of the way through the job so we have a distinct line in the middle of the floor. Some areas did not get the top coat or it was applied unevenly. One of their employees stopped by and was very upset at how bad the floor looked after 1 month. It took me at least 2 weeks to get my key back from them. I had to give them a key because they were so late in the first place. When I complained, the owner gave me 10% off the bill so I actually paid $4,659. He warrantied his work for one year. I contacted him again to come and repair the floors well within the one year time frame. It took him several days to reply then said he would be happy to come fix the trouble spots. He never showed up. I think the problems with the paint are because he didn't bother to prep the floors correctly in the first place. On top of that ... well you can draw your own conclusion about his ethics.

We had a metal fence built to create a small yard for our townhouse. The fence-building company did not have the capability to paint the metal, so we hired Scott to finish the job, as he had done a great job at our next door neighbor's house on the same fencing. Scott provided a prompt estimate. We agreed on a date, and his crew arrived on time, finished the job quickly and efficiently, and cleaned everything up within a few hours. We were very pleased. I have asked him to bid on another outdoor painting job and may also use him for indoor painting in the future. I was a little surprised by the price, but I don't have anything to compare it to.

Provider is very professional. If you are looking for good work at a fair price Creative Color Solutions is a good choice. If you are a person with attention to the details and want perfection either state what you expect up front or seek another painter. Creative Color Solutions would have continued to work with me at my level of detail at an extra cost. I did not inquire about the extra detail work as I am sure it would have added hundreds of dollars to the cost and I could easily touch-up the areas that needed extra attention. I did have to skim-coat another layer of drywall mud in the bathroom as there was tiny bubbles here and there. I found it easier for me to skim-coat than call him back.
