it all went well. We are pleased with the results. Mike and his crew were pleasant. They kept the work on schedule, minimized the dust and disruption and cleaned up the work area when they finished for the day. I'll certainly contact them for any future work.

Mike and his team completed the work in a timely manner, and I was consulted/advised/updated throughout the duration of the work. Great work ethic!

Scheduling was wrong, but when they started. finished on time.

The project was a major remodel of the kitchen, dining area, two baths and the exterior. It included new cabinets, moving walls, plumbing, major electrical changes and new flooring. The schedule was three month. When completed the remodel met all expectations. Most of the remodel was done by a true craftsman named Dontje. Dontje does great work and make sure each tile and cabinet fits perfectly. So the final product is truly beautiful. The remodel actually took 4 months , two weeks were lost when Dontje was out of town. Cost came in 9% over budget, mostly because of additions we made. We waited to file this to see how the changes would do over the winter. Only one problem occurred, water dripping from a cantilevered bath. Mike was there within an hour and the plumber within two hours.

There was always good communication and professionalism, the work was finished on-time and on-budget, and the result is excellent. I recommend them highly.

The previous tenant was very h****** the townhome and when they left, there was a large need to remodel and clean up. Construction by Design was contracted to handle the entire project. I live a long distance from the townhome and could not check on the progress in person. I was able to completely trust what was done and the prices charged. There was excellent communication by text and phone so that nothing was done with out everyone fully understanding what I wanted. The quality was excellent and progressed promptly once I provided imput on each item. Once I was able to check on the progress, the puch list was also performed with punctuality.
