They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job

Ty and his team did a horrible job - sealed in concrete chips, hair, other debris - and blamed the bubbling and discoloration on something other than their poor work. Ty charged us $26k to do a bad job, then told us the house was poorly built and we should either pay him $100k to fix it or just sell and buy another house he was working on. Two subsequent concrete professionals analyzed the work and were shocked by how bad it was. Ultimately was able to get the entire thing re-done for $6k. Takeaway: Ty will overcharge and destroy your home. AVOID.

Great workers that are knowledgeable and do a great job!

Started out great. After deposit was given they did not respond to any texts, emails or phone calls right away. Finally would get a message saying they were having a baby and would get to it as soon as they could which turned out to be 2 months. Then got a message that they had another guy coming to do it the next week, turned into he needed to do some training first, which turned into another month. From first contact in February finally got the job done in July when they promised it would be done by March/April. Training did not work out well for them and the quality is very poor. They did not even use the product they originally said they were going to use. They ran out of plastic so it splattered all over a door, other parts were ripped so had a lot of clean up on our part as they did not clean it up. Large clumps and squeegee marks everywhere. Some areas are missed and other areas are patched after we pointed it out. The product was not what they expressed in the beginning, a million excuses for delaying the project and very poor quality of work. Please save yourself the hassles and issues we had to go thru.

This team was diligent to get the job done and to do it right. I would hire them again without question.
