Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in two rooms. Carpet has awful stains including splilled milk and soda, wine, and markers of red and blue.

Description of Work: $584 may sound like a lot of money for 5 rooms, but wait until you hear what all I had done. My husband and I have some rental units that are 14 years old. The carpet really needed to be replaced but we had used up our budget on other repairs. I talked to Isais, the owner of ChemDry of the Southwest, and laughingly told him I needed him to make a 14 year old carpet look new - he laughed, too. But he did it! Or nearly so. Isais and his team removed spots that had been there for years, including wax, tar and some scary mystery stains. They restretched a heavy traffic area that had worn and pulled away from a transition strip, patched 2 worn bedroom doorways, and patched another 8" circle where some kind of thick stiff glue had been spilt. Luckily we had a scrap of original carpet he could work with. When I walked in, my jaw dropped. It looked so good. We also had a back stairway into the garage that a previous tenant had covered with patches of carpet. It was so dirty and ragged I wanted to pull it out, but it did serve a good purpose. Isais and I pondered our options and he ended up dealing with the removal of the icky carpet and did a wonderful job replacing it with another carpet remnant I had. What an improvement. So now we have an inviting back entry and a 14 year old carpet that will look good and stand up through a couple of more renters. Thank you, Isais!
