The Septic guy was very nice and answered all of my questions. And he did a good job. My only complaint was it took a long time to get a call back.

I talked with person who said they were at the doctor's office and would get right back to me within three minutes. Waited 15 minutes with no call back. Called several times during the week and left messages and phone numbers where I could be reached and was never called. back. Have voicemail and no message was ever left. Last time I called, I told them that I would contact another septic business unless I heard back from them that day. Did not hear anything from them. I certainly hope everything is alright, but someone should have called me.

Everything went well, and they performed their services promptly and efficiently! We will use them again!

Very well. Very professional, punctual and told us what we needed to do for further work on the septic tank and pipes.

Ball Septic was recommended by friends and neighbors as the septic company to use for this area. We decided to have our septic tank cleaned out. Called Ball on 9/30/2011 around 9 am. Got a recording saying to leave a message. Left my name, number, and that we were interested in having our septic cleaned out in October. On Monday 10/3/2011 around 3 pm, I had not received a return call. So, I called Ball again and left the same information I left on Friday. I also indicated that I had called and had not received a return call. Today is Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Still no return call from Ball. I called another septic company, was able to talk to someone and schedule an appointment for septic clean out next week. I guess Ball Septic must be so busy they don't need my business.
