Description of Work: We had a thermostat that wasn't displaying data properly. |They replaced the thermostat, but the new one didn't work either. |Had another outfit come and look at it and the reason the thermostat wasn't displaying properly was due to lack of voltage. Advanced Climate determined it was a defect in the controller board and actually fixed the issue. I was disappointed that Altitude couldn't figure out when they put the new thermostat in that it still wasn't fixed and didn't troubleshoot accordingly. They did return and refund the cost of the replacement thermostat.
