 + -1 moreThey put me on the schedule for a couple of days out. The technician called me and asked if he could come a day earlier!! Of course he could. Joe arrived on time and got my problem squared away quickly. He then lubricated all the door rollers and tracks and checked the alignment on the safety switches on the floor. I was very pleased with the job, the price, and especially the man himself.
Description of Work: I called due to , what I thought was going to be a bit of a tricky problem with programming multiple remotes and a flashing light that indicated a locked out switch.

The mechanic, Sean, was very capable and had the door operational within an hour. I strongly recommend them for any garage door repair or maintenance.

Description of Work: On the first visit they re-aligned garage door tracks, adjusted doors and opener on our doors, that had been recently installed by another company who did not do a good job. Adams did an excellent job and the doors actually worked every time! On the second visit they did a warranty replacement of a garage door panel that had been damaged by the poor installation by the original installer. Shaun did an excellent job and was easy and pleasant to work with. Gary, the owner as well as his receptionist at the store were always helpful and great to work with as well. Very professional outfit who I would use again. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know needing work done on their garage doors. The cost listed above is the total for both visits.

 + -1 moreMy tenant called about some broken hinges on the garage door (I am out of state) - called Adams and they were out there the next day - enlaced the broken hinges quickly. The installer accidentally poked a hole in the garage door insulation but Adams was quick to come back out and replace the damaged piece. I am looking to replace the entire door next year and I will definitely call Adams for a quote

 + -1 moreI contacted them around 2pm and asked for a quote. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and gave me an instant quote. They charge a $95 service call then charge you for any parts that are needed to repair the opener. Considering I live in Bayfield, it was nice not to have an additional travel charge. They also give the garage door and opener a mini tuneup free of charge. I thought that was a nice touch as most businesses just come out, fix what is broken and leave.
Description of Work: Garage door arm broke off of garage. They replaced the arm and reattached it to the garage door.

 + -1 morethey showed about 2 hours after I made the initial call. replaced door braces and modified how the system worked. took them only about and hour and 1/2. Lubricated and made adjustments. very proficient and professional they did such a good job I doubt I will need to call them again, however I would use them again if I ever need to.

Description of Work: Gary Adams (Adams Overhead Doors) installed two 20'W x 14'H insulated, roll-up, garage doors on our barn. He did the work on time and at the price quoted. He has made repairs (replaced panels after I banged into one of the doors with my horse trailer) and provided extra remotes in a very timely manner at fair & reasonable prices. You can trust him and his team to provide professional installation and repairs. I will only use Adams for my garage door needs.
