"Took 2 weeks to come measure. Measurement tech was friendly and professional. Slade Glass policy is to measure and send estimate in 2 business days. No estimate in 3 business days so I called. Lady who answered phone kept telling me the difference between business and calendar days which I understood beforehand. When I mentioned that it was taking weeks she again explained the difference between business and calendar days. Total time for appointments estimated to be 6 weeks. When I said that was a month and a half she again explained the difference between business and calendar days. Very rude and unprofessional. The whole conversation was argumentative. I called another glass company and they are going to come replace the glass in 1 week."
