+ -1 moreEverything went very well. We had some delays in obtaining materials such as the windows that came in the wrong color to start. We had some difficulty with the insulation company who broke a piece of sandstone and refused to reimburse us for the damage. DRB did not go to bat for us on that. In the end I decided it wasn't worth my time to chase that for the relatively small amount of money. Overall, I would hire DRB again and I have for another project on my rental home. We are very happy with Kip's work and would refer him to anyone.
Description of Work: DRB built a home for us this spring and summer. Kip Milligan had a lot of good ideas to combine with our good ideas. It turned out well beyond our expectations. He arranged for all the subs and inspections. We made some changes and additions. He handled those very well. He is very honest. He listened to our concerns when we had any.
