VONAGE

I don't have very good service. I am not happy with the service. The price is good. The quality is the problem, I am talking to a friend usually and it just starts going like someone is dialing, it is like having a party line instead of a private line. I can only hear that they dialed something. It is not very good.  They are very nice when you call, but they don't ever seem to fix that. They are very polite. I haven't found a better choice, I have been looking.

Vonage has been pretty good.  I haven't had too many problems with them.  Fax line has been somewhat of an issue here and there. I've been working with technical support to resolve most of the issues I've had.

I like the fact that I can get such great service in my community. Their customer service is very great and almost all the questions I've had are available on line. They offer a lot of different services free of charge. Every feature you would regularly pay for with another service is free with Vonage. It's very rare that I ever have any problems, and they help me out greatly when I do. I get unlimited long distance to the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe for only twenty five dollars a month. Even China is only five cents a minute. It makes it very easy to run a business on because it's so cost effective.
