NEGLIGENT AND DANGEROUS. Gallego installed a new boiler in our home. We immediately noticed the strong smell of natural gas inside and outside the home. We had Jamie out to inspect and he said it was installed correctly, but just needed a break-in period. A year later, it has not gone away. We contacted Gallego and he would not respond to us, so we had another company come out to inspect. They said that the boiler was badly mis-installed creating both a legal code and safety issue, as our family is regularly breathing in CO2. I called Jamie from another number and he answered immediately; we scheduled a time for him to come out, but he did not show up. I have since texted and called him a few times, and pleaded for him to at least respond to me, but I get no response. According to online reviews, this seems to be somewhat common. It appears that he knows that the system was not installed correctly and does not want to take responsibility. Look elsewhere for HVAC service.

Own two condos in the Frisco area. Gallego did an inspection of our boiler unit in one property (ordered by the condo complex for all units). They recommended a full replacement. I feel it was unnecessary but owner/partners got scared into the replacement. Not cheap but did work on time and it was quality work. So, other condo we were doing a full remodel (1 bath and kitchen). Hired Gallego to do the work. They came and capped the water line so tear out could occur. I called Jaime to have his guys come back and put in the new plumbing. He said he would get back to me. I waited 2 days then called back. When Jamie heard it was me on the phone he just HUNG UP on me. Called back for days and he would not take my calls. I guess he didn't have time to work on our small job but it would have been nice if he'd told me. He left me in quite a bind trying to get my remodel completed while I found a new plumber.

Jaime was great. He was able to come within 3 hours of my call, diagnosed the problem instantly, and had it repaired within 15 minutes.

A few months ago, we came home to discover that our water heater wasn't working. We attempted to relight the pilot (I don't know if that was the problem), but that didn't help. The manager of our condo group recommended that we call Jaime Gallego. Great recommendation! He came out in less than an hour and spent about an hour fixing the problem. That included pulling the washer/dryer unit out of the tiny closet that it shares with the water heater. (and, of course, putting it back in) Mr. Gallego was cheerful, professional, and got the job done for a whole lot less than we expected to pay for an emergency visit. The issue hasn't recurred & it's been several months, so clearly he fixed it for good. I'm not usually one to write glowing reviews, but I can't recommend this guy enough. They tried to use a special drain cleaning mechanical device that did a better job than their regular service. It could not make it around the sharp bend in my plumbing. They did not charge for the extra attempt. My drain has not had a problem since.

Had plumbing issues at kitchen sink. Jamie Gallego, owner, came promptly, evaluated problem, gave reasonable rate and fixed it.
