Description of Work: 199x - flexible gas line connector for utility room dryer and kitchen oven/stove 200x - emergency call broke water valve 201x - replace traditional water heater with tankless system 2020 - replace heat furnace, add watercop leak detection system, inspect/repair/replace all water shutoffs and fixtures.

+ 0 moreReplaced with a smaller furnace than original in violation of contract. Initially did not stand by verbal price quote. Only 4 years later furnace started rusting out because of improper installation, and of course does not return calls.

Description of Work: Changed out boiler and related valves, changed chimney piping, and cleaned out the system and replaced the antifreeze. He was significantly less than two other estimates. I was totally impressed how they re-arranged the copper piping as if he was creating a masterpiece. A+++++. :-)

+ -1 moreThey were able to come out to my home very quickly and were also able to fix other small leaks. They had the materials ready to go to do the job so there was no delay. They were professional and great to work with.
Description of Work: They came on an emergency basis in response to a leak. They also changed the cartridges in our faucets.
