They showed up on time. They did a good job. They got out of here quickly too. They were really careful with the wood stair banisters. They put little orange cones and a barrier. I got a great deal and it was about $109 for 3 rooms. The carpet looks great and it has not gathered up the dirt since then either. I even told my friends about them.

I appreciate that they don’t use any harsh chemicals. It doesn’t attract dirt either. I have used them before. When they get the carpet clean, it stays clean. They come on time, they do a good job and I don’t ever have to call them back to re-due the carpets. Their price is also better than other companies that I have used.

We used them for the first time about 3-4 months ago. They came when they said they would come and they did the cleaning pretty fast.

I have a huge big chest that sits in my living room. They were able to move that so they could clean under it. Then they put little sponges under the corners of my furniture, so that it would not ruin what they cleaned or ruin the raw wooden furniture. I love them and I recommend them to so many people. Their prices were pretty good too. They are always on time and they answer all of the questions that I have. They even get me information that they have and they are knowledgeable. I have light carpets and they are able to get any marks and everything out for them.

It stated off terrible. They did not show up on their scheduled first appointment, the second time they showed up late and then he was trying to up-sell me on everything. He wanted me to use this stain product. It was high pressure and I kept saying no. The guy came in and he was so rude. I had to ask them to leave before they even started. I would not recommend them to anyone. I even called the owner to tell him my experience and it was like he did not even care.

He did push for a tip though and I didn’t know if I was supposed to tip for that type of service. I wished I would have known if this was something I was suppose to tip on. The carpet looked newer and much cleaner. The fellow (Dennis) that cleaned was punctual and was done in a fairly short time. He put the furniture back where they were to be placed after cleaning and put them on styrofoam blocks. He was pleasant to have in our home.

Seth showed up on time. He explained what he was going to do and got to work right away. He provided me with some useful tips on carpet care. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise.

Rolando was punctual, very professional and had some very good tips for spot cleaning the carpets with water and white vinegar, as opposed to using store bought products which can and did in several areas, strip the color a bit. The carpets look great; they are about 20 years old and we were hoping to replace them but did not, and now are very happy with the cleaning and it will get us through the holidays and into the New Year to figure out then what to do. I would highly recommend them, and use them again in the future.

My technician was Ryan, and he showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the solutions used and the process. He recommended a deep cleaning on problem spots my daughter's dog made, but I wasn't able to accommodate his recommendation due to the cost ($50/sq ft). Instead I chose to do a topical cleaning in these areas, on which he used a spray of several different enzymes to break up anything clinging to the actual carpet fibers. Everything came out great. My carpet doesn't appear to be too old, but the quality is low to mid-grade, so the degree to which he was able to restore it was amazing. It now looks like it did when I bought the place three years ago. I love that there's no residue remaining to attract more dirt. Kudos to Zerorez for their green process that produced amazing results. I would definitely use them in the future.

They were fine. They were a little rough on the walls and the banister. I had to point out that they needed to protect the walls and the furniture.
