It was very easy to schedule the appointment. They followed up with a e-mail confirmation and called the day before to remind us of the appointment. They called the day of the appointment informing us they where running ahead of schedule and could they come early. YES We were very please to have the job done before 3 PM. It looked and smelled wonderful. Great job.

punctual, efficient...suggested treatment for pet soiling, which was needed...they just did a great job...

We were scheduled for the last appointment of the day and the previous appointment ran late. They kept calling to update us on timing, which was very appreciated and gave us the option of rescheduling. Mark ended up arriving about an hour later than the appointment window. He had a great attitude despite it being late and our carpets look better than I expected. I will request Mark next time we get our carpets cleaned.

We've had Zerorez clean our carpets a few times now and are always pleased with the results. In this case, John walked us through the planned service, recommended a couple of additional items without any pressure, and got to work. The carpets look great and we'll be calling them again in 6-12 months once our kids and pets have trashed them yet again.

nothing. I placed the order On June 5th and provided three dates for the service as requested. After waiting a week with no correspondence from the vendor at all, I sent them a direct email which was also ignored. After two weeks of no correspondence, I called the company and was hung up on before anyone even said hello. I've cancelled my order and obtained a refund.

The service was okay. It was average. I am not sure if I am going to use them again. I might try and find something else.

It was fine. We paid more than the deal because of the stairs.

I had my carpets cleaned on Friday, and have not worn shoes in the house since then. I borrowed my neighbors stand up carpet cleaner on Sunday because we spilled lemonade. What are the chances of spilling a drink 2 days after getting your carpets cleaned! To my unpleasant surprise when I ran it across a 2 foot by 6 ft section with only hot water in the tank, the water came back ridiculously dirty. I was in the same room when the technician cleaned it. I wish I could attach the picture I took. He ran a single pass with the cleaning wand(not sure what it's called). I am beyond mad and feel like I didn't not receive the services payed for. $316. Our carpets were not that dirty to begin, I decided to have them professionally cleaned because we have a 9 month old who is now crawling. I have a dyson vacuum which I use once a week. I understand if the carpets were visibly dirty or poor cleaning maintenance, but we are both ex-military and keep our house clean. I contacted the company and spoke to the manager. He said, and I quote-" It is impossible to reach down and pull all the dirt out. We only clean from the backing up. Your machine used more water and can pull more dirt out. It goes all the way beneath the backing which is not necessary to get your carpets "clean". After we clean, the carpets continue to release dirt and with regular vacuuming under normal conditions you will pull the rest out. " -So if you are someone that is unable to do the task yourself, then this may be the company for you. I feel that a carpet cleaning company with professional grade equipment should be more effective than a stand up bissell carpet cleaner. I don't agree with the manager. I did not receive any type of refund, I was just offered for them to come back out or a credit. If you didnt do it right the first time, what makes me want to take a whole day off to do it again?

Great job! We had the carpets cleaned and the grout in the kitchen and entry cleaned. The carpets look amazing and are soft, not stiff like I am used to after cleaning. The tech took his time and cleaned the high traffic living room three times to get all the stains out. The stairs also look like new! It is great for carpet that is over ten years old. We also had him clean the white grout in our kitchen and entry. (Never put in white grout, especially if you have kids and dogs.) I have cleaned it before, and it is time consuming and back breaking work. He did it in about an hour and the grout looks new. I was a bit hesitant at the cost at first, but it was well worth it. The tech was pleasant and efficient. He talked us through the project and then dove in. He spent about three hours total, and really worked to get everything clean. A great company. I have already recommended them to my mom!

ZeroRez was amazing. The man who came was very experienced and really paid attention to our belongings. He was thorough and offered us some ideas about some badly stained carpet in our dining room. He did a terrific job and I would definitely use them again!

It went great. We have used them 3 times now. I know one time was not as good because they didn't get it as dry as it should be but they fixed it and gave us credit on our next service call. I found them to be very quick, very helpful and spoke English. So no complaints there. It was less than $200...$165 comes to mind, next time it was more because we have a lot of carpeted stairs that needed cleaning so stairs are extra, they need to make that clear.

It was excellent! I think it was right before Christmas and we will probably be having them again. I didn't pay it, my daughter did but it was in the same range. It was not exorbitant or anything. We plan to use them again.

They arrived on time, were very friendly & informative about the whole process of cleaning the carpets.

The work was amazing and the tech was super professional. We had pee stains from a dog and an 8 year old spilled mocha stain and he got both of them out! Unreal! He called me down to see the progress halfway and it was incredible. He was very up front and talked me through the whole process. He was quick and thorough. The one thing we would've done differently: We scheduled the service a day before a party we were throwing. The carpet dried in time, but the ammonia from the urine smell intensified the next day before disappearing completely a couple of days later, so we would book them with that in mind next time. There were also a lot of services I added on, so the price was much higher than anticipated, but that was because I wanted the protective layer to make future cleanings easier. Overall, fantastic.

Everything was handled great! The reservation was easy, the worker came when scheduled, and he was very professional and kind. Our stairs were very dirty, and they came out great. I was especially impressed with their ability to clean two area rugs. Another company quoted me a ridiculously high cost to get the rugs cleaned, so I was thrilled with ZeroRez said they could do it for a fraction of the cost. Everything came out super clean. It's been a few months since the cleaning, and no odd discoloration or spots have appeared. Very pleased and will use again.

Fantiastic! Arrived in morning on time. Because we were still in the process of moving, Fred recommended coming back later in the afternoon to do the carpet. Reschedule us in the afternoon. Arrived on time again later that day. Pretreated the stains before cleaning. White carpet, 10 years old. Fred made it look like new again! Low moisture residue was left after cleaning so it dried fairly quickly. Provided booties to wear while it was drying. Stellar service, so very pleased with Zerorez!

ZeroRes did our whole house this summer and the end result was terrific. Only issue was that there's some hidden costs in the form of additional services (which they refuse to quote over the phone) and even though we refused the "upgrades" we were charged from them. We later split the difference on these w/ ZeroRes. Don't love their normal rates, but 100% worth it when on sale ... And again, the end result is quite excellent.

Two technicians arrived early and set up, explained about my carpet. They got to work. They even made sure all the walkways were cleaned up that were not carpeting to make sure we did not slip on any wet areas. Wore booties and left booties for my family. Raked the carpet too. Also explained how long we should wait for it to dry before putting anything on the carpet.

It was a pleasure to encounter service providers who were so interested in doing a great job. I also appreciated their efficiency.

We just had our carpets and stairs cleaned by Zerorez. They did a great job. Hayden was our service person and he was respectful and polite. He called to let me know he was on his way, which I always appreciate, and he was very good at explaining the process, dry time, etc. The office was also very nice. I needed to reschedule and they were very accommodating. I would recommend Zerorez.

Best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Service was excellent--on time, efficient, and very informative and friendly.

They placed Styrofoam blocks under all of the heavy furniture to ensure it stayed dry. They were very pleasant to have in the home and we felt very comfortable with them.

They did give us a discount and they were offering specials; but they were still a little expensive.

They showed up on time. They did a good job. They got out of here quickly too. They were really careful with the wood stair banisters. They put little orange cones and a barrier. I got a great deal and it was about $109 for 3 rooms. The carpet looks great and it has not gathered up the dirt since then either. I even told my friends about them.
