Description of Work: I used Zerorez several years ago; I would say about 3 years. The work was okay. I didn't like that they tried to up sell me and then they informed me that the special for 3 rooms didn't apply to me, because of the size. Which they don't tell you upfront and actually my house is not very big.

Description of Work: They came over and showed up. We had a flood on the carpet so the young technician said he did not want to clean that. I understood since it was by our sliding glass door. I did not understand thought why he could not clean the other carpet in the house. I did not like his attitude and how he handled the situation.

Description of Work: I had them clean the carpets for the house. The bid they gave me was about $250 and it ended up being $700 total. They charged me 3 times as much. They did not do quality work. The guy who came out was rude.
