About us

We clean all living surfaces in homes and businesses - i.e. carpet, tile/grout, upholstery, pet issues etc. We have 25 employees and do not use sub-contractors to clean. All techs are trained and the company is IICRC Certified and Platinum rated with the CRI. All techs and assistants are background checked and drug tested on a regular basis. Additional DBAs - Zerorez, Zerorez of Denver. Award winning.

Description of Work: First technician was a nice young man. He did 4 "areas" in about 1 hour. Next day there was a weird "yellowish" stain that showed up in several places. Called back to Zerorez, no problem to schedule another appt. Two techs came (also polite), very late (appreciate that Zerorez did call to tell me they were running late) but came in, sprayed a little something on one of the areas and raked the carpet & made "excuses" about the other areas.... carpet too old, etc. and didn't really treat. I do think they were just "done", they told us it had been a 12 hour day so far. I understand, but if too tired, Zerorez should have rescheduled. I did not want to try for a 3rd time.

Description of Work: I did not feel the work I received was worth the amount they charged me. They said they did the best job they could do. However, though the carpets looked better. It was not worth the amount I was charged. I anticipated them doing a better job based on the reviews I read.
