+ 0 moreI am getting very loyal to Angie List contractors because of past successful experiences. I had heard their advertisement on KOSI radio but when I also saw a coupon for 20% off in the Angies List book that spurred me to call immediately and schedule an appointment. Luke arrived on time and got right to work. It was amazing how clean he got the white sofa. He showed me half of the cushion clean and the other half not cleaned and I was very impressed how clean it became. We live across the street from a state park and back up to a busy thoroughfare so invariably dust and dirt comes into our home when it is windy. Since the sofa is near two windows it has attracted dirt and dust for years. The carpet on the staircase is really a runner of carpet laid between the hardwood as a noise barrier- since our youngest plays softball and does not remember to remove her cleats you can imagine how dirty that carpet gets during softball season. It looks beautiful tonight. Luke had to work around a handyman and window cleaners and did just fine (if I am going to have to sit at home then I have everyone come at the same time) However, the most impressive thing to me was his offer to see if he could clean the upholstery on one of our dining room chairs after he completed the other two jobs; if he could then I would schedule to have the other 7 chairs cleaned. He tried but the fabric was too dirty from four children growing up and eating on those chairs. This confirmed for me that I need to get these chairs reupholstered and then I will use Zerorez to clean them. There was no hard sell but rather he offered and it did not work. That showed a level of honesty and good business practice that you cant buy.

Description of Work: The team of 2 men cleaned the carpets in 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and Our front living room. The carpet was cleaned beautifully. It was standing up as if it was new. It is 10 years old. They removed stains (not severe) that no one else had ever been able to remove.

I will definitely continue to use them and I have been very satisfied with their services! They make my carpets and upholstery look brand new every time they come out. They also do air ducts and they are great at that as well.

Description of Work: Did an excellent job, only negative is that the carpet stretched from the extremely hot water used to clean it, the good news is that when it dried almost 100 % of it returned to its original shape.
