He was running a little late but did the hallway at no charge because of it. Although it looked like all of the stains came out when he was finished, I did notice that the ones in one area of the loft had reappeared the next day. He worked pretty hard at removing all of them so maybe those just can't be cleaned. The carpet also dried really fast and felt great with no smells. I'd definitely recommend Zerorez.

My dogs were playing and on got a small nip on the ear. It bleed! He shook his head and just like that I had blood on my light very light tan rug. Zerorez came out. two days latter and were prepared to work on the blood spots that were on my living room carpet. Cleaned all the rugs. Living room dining room family room and hall. and took care of the spots. great job and spots did not reappear. I will have them again and again as needed.

Zerorez did everything they said they would! They sent a detailed email before the cleaning day describing what to expect, they made a confirmation call two days before the appointment and also called on the day of before they arrived. The technician was thorough, friendly and professional. My carpets look very nice and it was a good deal!

I scheduled my appointment online, which was easy and efficient. I received a phone call a couple of days before my scheduled appointment to go over their procedure. The tech came out on time, was very polite, professional and informative. He took care to make sure all of the areas of concern to me were addressed. My carpet looks incredible! I was skeptical because of prior disappointments with other companies, but Zerorez did what they promised. My carpet looks like new again,and it smells clean and fresh, (no more dog smell! yay!!) I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet, so considering that, the price was well worth it! I couldn't be happier! GREAT JOB RACHID! I will be a customer for life!!

EFFICENT AND COURTEOUS TECHNICIAN

They did a good job and we have no problems with their service.

They did a good job on my carpets. While they were doing the spot treatment they got the treatment on the bottom of the lower parts of my furniture. I had to go around and wipe down the lower parts of my furniture to clean off the residue. I have not used their services since.

They were very responsive: I called on Monday, they showed up on time Wednesday and cleaned all of our carpets. Everything turned out excellent. My carpets are clean but not "crunchy" like with other outfits. The price was on the high side, but I will definitely only use Zerorez from now on.

They are great. They did a great job. We scheduled an appointment, but they never showed up. They profusely apologized, and gave us a discount on their services. We will use them again.

I spent way too much. They charged $200 per sofa and if I had known that when I called I wouldn’t have had them do it. Once they were in the house and ready to go I just let them do it. I don’t think they were any better than the normal ones. He was only here for three hours. I was just sick about how much I paid.

The franchisee came to my home to give the estimate. He was cordial and knowledgable.No hard sell. I signed up on the spot. About a week later they came out to do the work. ( that date worked best for me) The 2 gentlemen who did the work were very nice and did go above and beyond my expectations.

Booked appointment online. Able to get appt within a week. Got a email a few days ahead of time with a list of "prep" items to do before the service tech arrived. Received a call about 20 minutes before arrival. Very courteous and professional. Explained services to be performed that day. Even spent time making sure I got an accurate price bid including my Angie's List discount. The cleaning took under an hour. Just had to wait a day for carpets to dry. Seem to dry quickly. Noticed one room had grey-colored streaks in carpet. Call Zerorez after three days of streaks still showing. They came out within two days, recleaned that room at no cost and the carpets look great.

Russ was extremely professional and courteous. They arrived on time and were very fast. They used floor protectors under the furniture and wood guards on my stairs for the hose. My only complaint was that the price was almost double of what they quoted me on the phone, although Russ was very clear and went over the revised price before he did the work. The carpet did need a topical spray (not the full on carpet soak and extract, which would have been even more) for some pet odors. Overall, very satisfied.

Overall, the service went very well, after one minor blip. The Technician, Russ arrived promptly and performed the service quickly and professionally. He was able to get out two stains that previous carpet cleaning had never gotten out. He left the house clean. Several hours after leaving, and when the carpet had started to dry, I noticed that the two large spots in the living room were coming back through. I called Zerorez the next day. They promptly sent over two technicans (Dean / Tony) to hit the areas again. This technican said that he probably couldn't get the stains out because of the light color of the carpet (setting the bar low). However, 24 hours later, the carpet looks great and the stains are gone. I wish they had been removed the first time, but I am glad I called them back, and they really did a great job on the second pass. I will use them again.

I had to move an antique sewing machine because he didn't want to put protector shields under the wheels. I expalined to him if not protected it will rust the carpet and he refused so I wheeled it to an uncarpeted area myself. After all was said and done. the carpet took over 24 hours to dry. Areas under desks and in tight areas were left uncleaned, and which could have beed done with the stair tool. Russ was very curt and less than personable. The owner called and we were able to discuss some of the problems with Russ. They were very attentive with my concerns about the service. They were more than willing to help me out in getting the problem solved. They ended up crediting me for three rooms of cleaning for free. They also disccussed the issue with Russ, and everything has been totally resolved.

They did a good job on the carpet. The only problem I?ve noticed is that they put protectors around the door posts and banisters but they apparently came off at one point because it actually rubbed some wood off of the corner post. They were very courteous, they were on time, and they charged exactly what they told me they would so I have no problem with them.

The work turned out great, we loved it! I've used them twice and think they're great. They were punctual and the gentleman was very helpful in describing my options and didn't oversell.

They were wonderful! They've been great to work with and we will absolutley continue to use them in the future.

I have allergies and with all the cleaning techniques, they have had the best results. The carpet stays clean longer and there isn't a scent to it. Both times they've been very professional. I'll continue to use them.

It was so long ago that we used them nothing sticks out in my mind good or bad.
