It was fine. I thought they did a pretty good job. He was very punctual.

The serviceman arrived early as he was available, so the job only took a couple of hours and I watched him while he worked. He dragged that nozzle all the way along very slowly from one wall to another. It was fantastic. The carpet looked like new when he was finished. No nasty chemical smell and the once the carpet dried, it was so soft. The service was fast and he even helped moved several pieces of furniture. I love this company and will definitely use them again.

They were great. I have used her before as well so I was glad to find it through Angie's list. I didn't spend any more than the big deal amount at this time. They are fast, efficient and it looks great when they are done. I don't have any issues. I would use them again.

Cleaning tech was awesome -- professional, efficient, friendly. Only down-side was that they called about 10 minutes after I left the house to run errands to see if they could come over right then because they finished another job early. Place that call with 15 minutes notice and I can absolutely make it work! Arrived within preassigned window and the tech was great. Completely comfortable having him in my house without feeling like I had to oversee the job.

Rep arrived on time, explained the process and did a phenomenal job. Honestly, we were really surprised that they could get the carpet so clean -- including a drip of bathroom cleaner. We are renovating a house, and move soon; the new carpet there will be cleaned exclusively by ZeroRez.

Zerorez Of Denver was fine. I thought that the cleaner that came out was very professional. He was very clear about what the expectations were, what he could or couldn't do and then completed the job in a timely fashion. I will recommend them.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they did very good. They did a thorough job, they were timely, neat and easy to work with.

My husband and I just purchased a home, and wanted to have the carpets cleaned prior to moving in.We had heard radio ads for Zerorez, and liked the idea of cleaning without chemicals, because I have a lot of allergies and sensitivities. So, we called, and got a quote, and they applied the Angie's list deal 3 rooms for $99, and set up an appointment the day after our closing, with a arrival time of 1 - 3 pm. The technician called me on our schedule date, and left a message around 10:00 am, saying he could come early. I called back 5 minutes later, and he apologized and said that he had already been sent to another house, but that it should be a quick job, and he would call me as soon as he was done. He called me back immediately after he was done with that job, and gave me an estimate time of arrival (1:00 pm) and showed up right on time! He was very professional, polite, and explained the process, looked at all of the areas that needed cleaned, gave us a firm price before beginning the work, and also did a test spot on our tile grout, so we could see how well it cleans tile, also, just for future reference. During the cleaning, we asked if he could clean a 1 ft by 2 ft stain in the basement (which we were not having cleaned that day), and he did go down, and clean that spot for us, for no extra charge. The last thing the technician cleaned was our stairs (which cleaned up very nice, for having been the highest traffic areas in the house!) and while he was cleaning the stairs, six family members showed up to come look at our new house, and the technician saw me trying to find enough Target bags to cover everyone's shoes, and he gave us shoe covers for everyone, also free of charge. In the process of selling one house, and buying another, we had a lot of bad experiences with other companies', but luckily, I can say, my experience with Zerorez was not one of them! Our technician did a fantastic job, was very polite, was on time, and the carpet looks great, all of the stains from the last owner are gone, and it looks like new carpet! I would definitely recommend their service, and this product! It did not leave behind any strong chemical odors (had no smell at all!) like other carpet cleaner's products do, and the carpets were almost completely dry within a couple hours!

The Zerorez guy was in and out of here within a 1/2 hour, it was great!! He was a nice guy, very professional, explained the next steps IF the spots returned. I waited 6 weeks to give this review because I wanted to see if the spots returned again....NO SPOTS.... THANK YOU Zerorez for an OUTSTANDING job, a great price and saving me from the expense of replacing my carpet. You have a life time customer, it's the best $99 I ever spent.

They were good to work with, I liked the guy that I worked with. They didn't tell me that my carpet would ripple after the cleaning which was alarming. It did go back to its orginal shape and I called to ask and they said if its not better in 24 hours to let them know. A year after the cleaning the spots they removed have returned which is really frustrating. Now a year later I will have to get the carpets cleaned agian.

It went great! There were additional charges to do pet treatment. The technician was very customer service oriented.

The service was fast, friendly, and punctual. The suggested topical treatment for the dog pee stain did not work. However, they stood by their word and returned to clean the stain free of charge. This second treatment cleared it up. I would use Zerorez again, simply because they were willing to return to complete the job satisfactorily.

I really like this service and I used them before and did a good job last time.

The guy they sent out was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got out some stains we never thought would come out, and we were very happy with the price. I'll call them next time and every time.

Ricky arrived on time as promised, did a thorough walk through verifying the services I wanted and provided a final quote. He went right to work repairing a hole in the living room carpet so that now there is no evidence of there being a problem. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and the place looks great.

This is truly an A rated company. From the first phone call handled extremely professionally to the final wave goodbye out the door, the service and the job was done extremely well. I didn't realize they cleaned tile. This was a rental property with very dirty grout and tile. I was not anticipating the backbreaking hours that I was going to have to spend - their economical solution to clean it was awesome, as was the result!

Not as well as I would have liked. Although the guys were really friendly and knowledgeable they were over an hour late and flew through the job.

I called Zerorez and got an approximate quote over the phone and set a date. The two guys showed up on time, and actually early which was great. We went over the area needing cleaned and they explained what would be done and what the actual cost would be. Because the previous owner had pets there were some spots that needed an extra application for cleaning. He showed me the areas the animals had decided to do their business in by using a black light, which I have heard of doing if you want to see anything that doesn't show up in regular light. The extra treatment sure hikes the price up fast but I knew the people who lived there before me had animals and that it was probable they had left their mark, so to speak. They described everything very well, wore booties, were very professional and had the job done in no time. I am pleased with their work and would recommend them, the only complaint being the cost

We had a couple of issues, but they came back immediately to resolve them to my satisfaction. The young man who cleaned my carpet was professional and personable. The price was much more than I expected, but it was worth it considering the pet stain situation. I feel that my carpet is truly clean.

It was a good experience. The carpet looks like new and without any soapy residue. It also dried very fast! Will use them again.

The were friendlly, on time and efficient. No problems at all - overall a great job.
