The first part went very well, they showed up on time and the carpeting cleaned up better than we ever imagined it would - we were very satisfied. The second part (different date and employee) also went well but this employee was not told that stretching the carpet was also part of the job; the results of the cleaning were as impressive as the first part but we had to schedule a third appointment for the carpet stretching. A third employee (actually 2) showed up to the stretching slightly earlier than the appointment time (that was good) and quickly took care of the job (less than 20 minutes) and then told me that there was 'no charge' because they felt bad about the earlier confusion and us having to schedule a third appointment as a result. I did not ask for a break in the price but I gladly accepted that they wouldn't charge for it and felt I was very well and fairly treated for their mistake in scheduling.

We've been debating whether or not to replace the carpets in our home as they've been looking pretty dingy. We decided to try cleaning the carpets first to see if would revive them before putting out all the money for replacement. We came across the Angie's List deal for $99 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. We were excited to try Zerorez as we like the fact that they don't use harsh chemicals or leave residue on the carpets. We also know they have a great reputation in the area. Our cleaning date was scheduled and I received a confirmation email right away. I was also provided a quote over the phone for the additional stairs that would be cleaned as well (about an additional $75 on top of the deal we purchased). Adam showed up on time the day of and was very efficient and professional with the cleaning. He put out corner protectors to keep the hoses from damaging the corners of our walls and put booties on to protect the carpet from his shoe debris. He was very knowledgeable about the type of carpet we have and told us our carpet was in really good shape. He got to work right away and completed the job in about 2 hours. He even offered to do an extra staircase that we were planning on replacing the carpet anyway. He did such a great job that I don't think we'll need to replace it at all! The only minor hiccup was that I was charged twice for the Angie's List deal when I went to pay the extra cost for the stairs and other fees (rather than having a credit for $99 that I already paid). I got an itemized receipt right away when I requested it and called Zerorez. Deb in Accounting helped us out and rectified the situation immediately. She was able to void the original transaction and charge my credit card the correct amount with the $99 credit (a total of $141 which included some fees and the amount for the stairs). We are very pleased with the quality, professionalism and responsiveness we've experienced with Zerorez and will definitely use them in the future!

The floors weren't wet. They were a lot more cleaner. The carpets clean with them. They have chemicals and they don't use a lot of water. Your carpets are only dent for about fifteen minutes. The trucks and guys are clean. The hose that they drag to your house are clean. I would definitely use them again.

They were in and out so quickly, they did not spend the time they should have. Scheduling was fine. There was one person here doing the work and I did not feel like they did a good job. It looked like they did on a the surface, however when I dabbed down in the carpet, it was dirty. We were not happy with them.

They help move furniture in order to clean the carpet. I do not have to get someone else to do that work. There are usually two people here doing the work and it takes 4 hours to complete. The results are great they even get out stains from mud and dirt from the dogs.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They were awesome. They came out and gave me a quotes and everything. It looked like I needed more work done because of pet issues and stuff and just haven't had the money, but I felt like they were punctual and they were very professional because they gave a great deal, he was very honest about what can and can't be done and such. So I'm hoping to have him out.

The work was good. The staff was professional and explained the work. The price with discount was more than another company I used previously without a discount and same quality of work.

We hired them because they don?t use the chemicals other companies which we like a lot. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They arrived on time and were able to complete the job quickly. I feel that the cost was a good value for the service. There were two workers and they were very professional. They moved the furniture out of the way and even moved them back when they were done. They put styform under them so that couldn?t get wet while the carpets were drying as well. The treatment worked well and the stains were removed. It worked out good!

We hired him after we heard their special on the radio. I believe the special was for three rooms and we were able to add on more rooms as well. I connected with the idea that they were not going to leave the carpets crunchy with chemicals. They did a good job.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment and they were very accommodating. They had to bring all of the equipment from outside and up eight stories. They got all of the equipment up and completed the work in about three hours. They had a special going for the price when they came out to do the work. Even if we would have paid full price, I think they are very reasonable. They were able to remove some very tough pet stains and they were great!

The service was great. They have great customer service and they have a great product. I had a coupon for the service which made the price comparable to others.

I was able to schedule the appointment online and someone called to confirm on the next day. They called before arrival and also after they left to confirm we were happy with the work. One man completed the work. He took a little longer than the work was scheduled for but only because I did not have some furniture moved before his arrival. The cost was really reasonable and other companies wanted to change twice the amount. The work was perfect and they did a really good job.

I think it went well. I'm not 100% sure because my wife was here when the technician arrived and everything but we were very satisfied with it.

Everything was great and they arrived promptly. The only issue was the guy wasn't aware I purchased the Big Deal and he had to double check with his boss, but they honored it just fine.

When they left the carpets looked great! Unfortunately, they had to come back because some stains showed up again. Even today a couple of stains are back.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There was nothing super awesome or wrong with the result. It was just fine. I decided not to spend more than the Big Deal but I felt like in order to get a really good clean, I would have to pay more. I guess it just seems like everything was an add-on.

They were great. They were very professional and quick. They just did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves. We didn't have any issues at all. They were courteous, professional, on time and clean.

The service was basically unremarkable. The carpets were cleaned OK, but they didn't do a very good job of cleaning the steps and landing.

Full carpet cleaning. Also we had an ORANGE GATORADE stain that others had tried to clean unsuccessfully. Several times. They called in a very knowledgeable individual who did a PH adjust and after two treatments it is totally gone. I am VERY skeptical of the advertising about stain removal but we were absolutely blown away by this success. Also, they did the job for less money than quoted by the company we have used in the past several times by about 40%.

I did not want to use a company that would flood my house with a bunch of chemicals. I have asthma and allergies and am sensitive to certain chemicals. So I chose Zerorez for their "chemical free" treatment. I purchased the $99 coupon for three rooms. We thought we'd have them clean the family room, dining room and master bed room. We'd desperately needed carpet cleaning in our family room. That is the room with the entrance from the garage and the back sliding door. A very high traffic area with the dog and kids constantly running in and out. Our carpet is the standard realtor beige and not very high quality or new. (On the list to address, but we never seem to get to it!) So you can get the picture of what kind of shape it was in. By the time the carpet cleaning guy arrived I'd decided to add the upstairs hallway and stairs to the cleaning project. He was there anyway, why pay for an extra trip? I'd looked up online the pricing for the additional service so I knew in advance what the additional cost would be. The costs were listed as follows: $5 per step ($65), $45 hallway, $10 for the landing. An additional $120. When they arrived they wished to do a walk thru of the areas needing cleaning, this is where the pricing got interesting. If you just wanted them to swish some hot water around on your carpet and suction it up it was $99 for three rooms. If you wanted your carpet cleaned with special enzymes etc. it starts to add up fast! We admittedly had some known large stains in the aforementioned family room so I knew we wanted some additional help there. Also, if we wanted them to use the "special rake" to work in the hot water with the added enzymes that would cost more. Plus, because these were known pet stains an additional enzyme had to be added. Each of these additions had a cost per room! So the price kept going up. So we negotiated. The guy doing the cleaning was willing to negotiate and was very friendly. He was willing to negotiate on the price of the hallway and stairs, as well as the enzyme additives per room. I suspect they plan on negotiating. You can see by the pricing above (which includes the $99 coupon) that I ended up paying about $40 more than expected. ($40 more because I had anticipated the extra $120 for the hallway and stairs.) Zerorez was on time. The gentleman that came out to do the cleaning was very friendly and professional. The quality of the cleaning was about what we expected. We knew we had some bad stains that likely would not come out. I did not enjoy the process of pricing once they got here, but understand that one size does not fit all. Sometimes extra help is needed to get out tough stains and they need to assess the situation on site.

Zerorez did excellent work. The technician (Mike) arrived on time and was courteous and professional. An exact estimate of services with a review of the areas to be cleaned were reviewed. Mike took time to be sure he understood clearly what we wanted. Our carpets have never been cleaner! He completed the work on time and was careful while working in our home. Zerorez is the only company I will use in the future and recommend. There is no comparison to other cleaning companies.

My daughters GREAT DANE had hemorrahagic gastroenteritis, which means bloody diarrhea and bloody throw up. My daughter cleaned up the top mess and did use a home carpet cleaner to try and lift the blood out of the carpet. There were still signs of a disaster and we called zerorez and asked if they responded to emergencies,( I wasn't sure if not treating the carpet immediately would be a problem and I didn't want to have to replace the carpet.) Zerorez was very helpful and explained that the time period would not make any difference to the treatment of the carpet. We were put on the schedule for the following day, and if they could come out on Wednesday they would call. They called back within a half hour of my call and said they would have someone out within the hour!!! My daughter said the guy that came out (sorry I don't remember the name) was so nice and got right to work, he got everything out of the carpet and removed on old stain in the office carpet. She said you absolutely can not tell that the carpet looked like a war zone and there is no smell so far what so ever. Thank you Zerorez for coming to the rescue, my daughter was up most of the night cleaning up all the blood. The good news is her puppy is out of the hospital finally and regaining strength. I am babysitting her and believe me if anything happens here I will call Zerorez. C. Farley

Raymond came by and did a fantastic job of cleaning our stairs and landing which had pet stains thanks to our new little rescue dog's behavioral problems. Raymond was polite, efficient and competent. The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with. I am a new Angies List member but I am total believer that this site creates more accountability and weeds out the flakes!

They were very professional from the person who answered the phone to the technician. Their product is really impressive; much better than any chemical shampoo, and they do a great job explaining and demonstrating it. It was a fairly quick process and with the Angie's list deal, it was a great price! My only "complaint" is that they gave a big window for when the tech would show up and showed up right at the very end (I would have preferred it if they would have given us a smaller window vs. spending several hours waiting). I highly recommend trying ZeroRez! You will certainly feel like your carpets are cleaner.
