Best window company ever. Being in the market for windows, I had several large companies come out for bids. All of them went well over the promised hour for their presentation. Prices ranged from $400/window all they way up to $3,000/window! The zen website is unbelievable. It took all of 5 minutes to input the measurements of each window I wanted replaced, and within a day or two, Brandon answered with a firm number. All that was needed was to schedule a 15 minute appointment to refine/confirm all measurements. I spoke several times with Brandon regarding upgrades and associated costs, including extra coats of solar protection, full screens for double hung windows, and grid inserts for aesthetic purposes. Each question was answered promptly and honestly. Within a few weeks, the windows were in and installation was scheduled. Installation was quick, not more than 2 hours for 5 windows. Zen was the only provider that included a full lifetime no-questions-asked warranty without a trip fee! As money allows, I will be replacing every window in the house with Zen! Can't recommend them enough!

All of the folks at Zen windows were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. There was no high pressure sales pitch that we have experienced with some other companies that sell and install replacement windows. The Zen windows are of the same quality and construction as other replacement windows we purchased several years ago from another company that were much more expensive. Zen Windows requires no payment until the windows are installed and the customer is fully satisfied, a big plus in my mind. Zen Windows began by sending a team out to measure the windows scheduled for replacement. The windows were ordered and arrived about 2 weeks later. The removal of the old windows and installation of the new ones was completed in several hours and the crew was polite, efficient, and professional. We are thoroughly satisfied with the new windows which are double-pane, white, vinyl, Energy Star windows with low E and Argon gas. The windows are all sliders; they close and seal tightly and function as advertised. The windows come with a lifetime warrenty on parts and labor, including glass breakage. I highly recommend Zen Windows to anyone considering replacement windows with upgraded energy efficiency for their home. Brandon and Jamie were a delight to work with; they responded quickly and professionaly to any requests that we had during the process from start to finish.

Brandon and team were great to work with from initial contact to final payment. Brandon was very very responsive to all my questions. Zen replaced all the windows in our house and we've had nothing but compliments since they were replaced and we noticed a major difference as soon as they were installed. We have referred all our family and friends to them.

The windows were installed by Jesse (?) and his team. They were in and out and everything cleaned in about 3-4 hours. They did a great job.

The installation was done very well. We've had our windows for about seven months now, and we're very happy with them. We noticed an immediate difference in our heating efficiency during the winter months. The windows look great and were installed well. Most importantly, Zen have been available and extremely quick to respond to anything that may come up after the installation. They recently came out and helped us replace a latch on one of our windows. Overall, I would highly recommend Zen. We will use them again to install a sliding glass door in the near future.

I don't know much about windows and doors, but so far I'm very happy with their products. The windows work smoothly and look nice. The installers finished all 20 windows in one day. They hauled away all the debris. As for the 2 sliding patio doors, an error was made and one door opened from the wrong side. However, Brandon apologized and promptly ordered a new door. It was installed with no problems. Brandon always answered my phone calls and e-mails. The whole process of getting replacement windows and doors was so easy with Zen Windows.

Everything went great. I thought the installation was especially professional--they had 4 installers, all who clearly knew what they were doing, and they worked quickly and efficiently. All of the windows were perfect and the installers did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done. They showed me how to work each of the windows, which I really appreciated since it confirmed that they were all working well. I also was very impressed with their honesty--after I paid my bill, I received a partial refund check in the mail the next week because they realized they had accidentally overcharged me. I clearly never would have caught it, so it was just great customer service that they took another look at the bill, caught the error, and provided the refund.

Ordering was so easy with Zen - when I emailed asking for a quote, I got an immediate personalized response even though it was late on Friday. Measurer came out on that Saturday (Jesse) - who comes out on Saturday? He was so professional and polite and answered everything without condescension. Windows were ordered and installed without mistake or hassle. I was a little - ok a lot - nervous because we had just recently had a bad experience with a floor installer and a hot tub repair company, so I was ready to inspect everything, and Jesse and his crew were right on top of it, calming my fears and answering what must be common scared homeowner freak-out questions with care and understanding. Everything, down to the protection of my furniture, finish trim and caulking were immaculate. His guys stayed late to complete the job (weather had interfered with earlier jobs and slowed their day) with no complaints and seemed happy to be working with each other. I wish all products, companies and installers were like Zen and their excellent customer service. Oh, and the windows look a-mazing! My curb appeal has appreciated a hundred-fold. Thank you Zen, Brandon and Jesse (and crew!) - you are the only place I am recommending for windows from now on. Please go into the flooring and hot tub repair business soon!

Replaced huge 10 foot window in living room and medium sized window in kitchen

The crew showed up on time and completed the windows in one day. They caulked as needed and cleaned up the inside and outside of the property. Recently the renter damaged one of the screens and I called Brandon and he told me it would be covered by the warranty! I was very surprised and pleased with Zen Windows.

Huge ordeal...Got an estimate in early April, windows ordered early May, arrived in late May, Project still not done to my satisfaction and it is July. They have made 3 trips out here already, and more trips are needed. This is an unreasonable amount of time, in my opinion. Price was great, but one window ordered incorrectly, so glass had to be reordered. That took 5 weeks to rectify. All the windows were dirty after the install, so I don't even get the benefit for looking out clean new windows. Just discovered a scratch on the inside of a big picture window (I thought it was adhesive because all the exterior windows are dirty--I cleaned the interiors). One frame has to be re-adjusted. Neither the owner of Zen nor the installation contact person ever communicated with me by phone. All by email, and I think this led to the incorrect original order. Being unable to speak with the installation contact person dragged out the scheduling of work excessively.

Brandon was great to deal with. We talked on the phone, he sent someone out to measure (who came when I wasn't home--he just measured from the outside). A few weeks later I got an email that the window was ready. Another person from the team called to make the arrangements. They actually came early and were done in half an hour. Cleaned up well. Terrifically easy! I called several other window providers--even ones on Angie's preferred provider list--and most did not return calls or emails, probably because they didn't want to put in just one window. Made me appreciate Brandon and Zen all the more.

Brandon Mackie, the owner of Zen was great to deal with! Best experience! He made getting new windows so easy. The quality and the price were great! The guys who installed them were great! We are so happy and can already tell the difference and they were just installed! We would recommend Zen Windows 100%!

Brandon was extremely patient with us as we wanted a specific color which required a custom order. The color turned out to be perfect. He worked with us in designing a new plate glass window for our living room. The crew was on time and worked was completed as promised. One window had a small crack and Brandon arranged for another window and frame to be made. He personally came out and installed it. We thought there was a seal leak in an old odd shaped window and were considering a replacement. He was honest explaining that it was a single pane window with some sticky residue and not a seal failure. He even gave suggestions on how to clean the window. He could easily have convinced us to replace that window. He is just the kind of person you want to work with especially when it comes to a big job as window replacements. We are thrilled with our decision with Brandon and Zen Windows!

The installation of the four windows went smooth....Brandon (owner of Zen, CO) was on site along with his crew to do the installation. They were very friendly and professional in getting the job done along with explaining the features of the windows being installed. And also they were very gentle when it came to my living space and the items in it. The windows themselves are manufactured rock solid, opening/closing the windows glide easily. Clarity of the glass - great! I couldn't be more happier with my purchase through Zen Windows. Getting back to Zen and Brandon.....they cleaned up outside and in where i don't even notice that they were even here. Immaculate. Nice people....hard workers....great product! And yes, i will be replacing more windows in my house thru Brandon and Zen.

I was very impressed by their ability to give a quote with just a phone confirmation and then a visit to confirm the details. There was no lame high-pressure sales pitch, just a friendly matter-of-fact sharing of what they offer. They are responsive with phone calls, text messages, and emails. The follow-up visit confirmed the order and we agreed on the details and moved forward. Most of the hardware was installed in about two weeks, and our custom-sized patio door another week later. There was one little trouble with the screen door latch and one screen, but those were promptly fixed. The install was fast, easy, and clean. The windows have been great, very easy to operate and helped a lot on keeping the space cooler, and I expect the same performance with heating in the winter.

By far the best experience I have had with a service company since moving to Colorado. We had 2 window seals go bad and started looking for a company that would replace the glass and seals as opposed to replacing the windows completely. I had read some other great reviews on Zen Windows so I gave them a call. Brandon answered immediately and I told him my story. He let me know that they actually do not replace glass anymore, only full window replacements, but that he would be happy to come by and take a look anyway to see exactly what was going on. Brandon was going to be out of town for a week but assured me he would call the following Tuesday when he got back into town. Guess what, he called that Tuesday just like he said he would! I could not believe it! We scheduled an appointment for a day later and Brandon showed up right when he said he would. In fact, he called 40 minutes prior to the appointment and said he was stuck in a bit of traffic and may be about 20 minutes late. Very courteous and professional! When Brandon arrived, he removed his shoes while in my home and went right to work inspecting the windows. He did confirm that I had bad seals and needed new glass. As opposed to just pawning me off to some other company, Brandon said and acirc;€œhow about I just help you out on this one and order the replacement glass and install it for youand acirc;€? Again; I could not believe what a stand up businessman this was. I had become so accustomed to getting the runaround from companies, having workman show up late or not show up at all, getting one quote over the phone and something totally different once they arrived, etc. that this was a foreign experience to me! Brandon took all of the glass measurements and said he would email me that evening with a quote. 2 hours later I had an email with an excellent and fair quote. I accepted and the glass was ordered the following day. One week later, the glass was in and Brandon emailed me to schedule an install date. 4 days later, Brandon showed up to my house at the exact scheduled time to do the install. He removed his shoes again while working in my home and the entire job took about 30 minutes. The level of professionalism I received from this company was insurmountable and I will recommend them over and over again! You will be hard pressed to find a better window company! I will use them for all of my future window replacements!

I picked Zen Windows because they got great reviews on Angie's, but what initially drew me in was the great price with the Angie's list coupon. I called Brandon, set up an initial visit, was given the coupon price with all the work included, and just waited for the door to come in since it had to be ordered. After about 3-4 weeks, we got the door. Everyone was professional, punctual, nice to work with, and I got a really great sliding door. We are very happy with the whole experience, not to mention the great product.
