Brandon was great! He was efficient, cleaned up after himself, and was very pleasant to deal with. We had an issue with two of the windows have moisture in them. Brandon kept in constant communication with us as he had to go back to the window manufacturer to order new windows and reinstall them. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone needing window installation.

The crews that do the installation are very good. Brandon goes out of his way to help and is only a phone call away. Don't hesitate to purchase these windows and doors.

The crew was very professional and fast. They did a great job cleaning up as they went and they had 6 guys here to do 4 windows so they were done in an hour and a half. The price was half what our other quote was and we will be using Zen windows again in the future.

Zen Windows were incredible. Everyone: Jessica, Brandon, Jesse and his crew, were professional, courteous and responsive. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough about Jesse and his crew ('soldiers'). Their teamwork was masterful. They cleaned up after themselves like a mother's dream. They were conscientious of completing the job correctly and to our satisfaction. I could go on but I will refrain. We are very happy with our Nirvana windows and so very thankful to Zen Windows. They are doing it right!

Good...only criticism is they performed a virtual appraisal of cost and stated that they're quite accurate but there was a $2000 increase when they physically came to measure windows from initial virtual appraisal. But their promptness and professionalism was great!

Zen Windows did a fantastic job from start to finish. We worked with Brandon and Jessica throughout the process. They walk us through the visit to gather the exact measurements for the windows, how long long it would take to order and receive the windows and finally the actually installation process. Everything worked as promised. On the day of the installation the workers arrived on time and were finished in a matter of a few hours. The job site was cleaned and all debris were taken away. When I had a problem with one of the window getting it to close completely, Brandon promptly came out and made a small adjustment to window and got it to work perfectly. What I thought was interesting about this visit of Brandon's was that he also filmed his adjustment to the window. He said it was a way of educating his employees on unique issues they may encounter and how to properly fix these problems. Very commendable. I would highly recommend Zen Windows.

Working with Zen Windows was fantastic. They gave a fair price without any gimmicks and installed the windows when they said they would and very quickly I will add. The windows are great! My best home improvement contractor experience to date.

Everything went great until I noticed after the install crew left that they hadn't caulked in the top of all the windows. This is what happens when the install crew tries to take out and install 30 plus windows in 1 day. When the crew came back to fix, they tried to tell us it wouldn't matter if the top of the windows were caulk in?? We ended up having to go around with them and make sure they did caulk around the whole window. Including going up 2 stories on a ladder to check.

Great! Zen Windows is very professional and responded well to all of our questions. The windows themselves are great and the install and everything was easy. Well worth it.

Estimate, measure, and install went great.

The entire process was seemless, from initial contact, estimate, measure, and install.

They did a great job -- cheaper (or as cheap) as if I had ordered windows from Home Depot and then tried to find some handyman to install them. Clearly, their installers had installed tons of windows and were total pros.

There were a couple hiccups in the process, but Brandon (The owner) has worked hard throughout our process to make sure everything is right and that I am happy and satisfied. I would say that, although nobody is ever happy about unexpected issues arising, the level of customer service Brandon has provided has only increased my satisfaction and confidence.

Installation went very well. Very efficient, polite installers. The crew as respectful, cleaned up after the work was complete. The only area I wish was better was that the owner didn't follow up with me until I sent an email requesting info on the permits and resolving an installation issue

It went very well. One window was broken and it was replaced quickly at no cost. On window had a bad part. The part was ordered and replaced quickly. I love the windows. I am going to have the rest of my windows replaced as soon as I can. The owner and staff were helpful and pleasant to work with. Thank you Zen Windows.

It went great. Scheduling was easy, and the workers arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. I also received updates on the status of the order, so I felt informed. The final product has been great. The windows work very well and look good. SO happy.

Perfectly! The Zen Windows business model is just right for me - no salesperson to deal with, no high pressure, a simple, straight forward quote. No waiting forever for installation once the deal is made, and didn't have to lay out a penny until the windows were in and I was satisfied. The windows arrived as planned (about 6 weeks after order) and installation was scheduled immediately thereafter. The installation team arrived right on time and got to work. They installed all 20 windows in about 7 hours. It started to snow about 10AM, but they just kept working and made sure the house stayed clean. They were very friendly and professional. The windows are absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering replacement windows. PS They had a photographer on site during my installation for "before & after" shots - so you might even see my windows on their website in the near future.

I replaced two large windows and two sliding glass doors. There were a lot of factors that went into my decision, and now that I've had my windows for about 2 years, I have some additional comments. First, price. Zen windows doesn't advertise, and they're not available in stores like Home Depot and Lowes. They also don't have that annoying high pressure salesman that is constantly leaving notes on your door like Anderson Windows. They don't do those things, which means they don't have to pay for those things, which means those costs aren't rolled into your costs, which means your costs are lower. Zen windows were among the lowest priced of all the ones I explored. Second, value. What is price, without value? Zen runs three different tiers, the top tier being an excellent triple pane window with insulating foam-filled frames, and they were STILL less expensive than competitors. Less than HALF the price of Andersen Windows. They offer a LIFETIME warranty, and free replacement. Someone breaks your window to get in your house? you get a free window. A dog goes through the window? A kid throws a baseball? Crazy sideways hail storm? You get a free window. But it's more than Zen windows. Zen actually sells windows from a large nationwide brand. I think it's "Softlite", but don't quote me. Anyway, their windows actually ALSO have a lifetime warranty through the manufacture. Zen windows goes out of business, but your window fails? You STILL get a free window. Next, my experience. I went with the triple pane windows, because they come with the foam-filled frames and were only like $50 more per window. But I went with the double pane sliding glass doors, because they would have been like $500 more per door. All in all, the new windows and doors are awesome, and I would totally buy them again. I only had three or four complaints or problems. 1-Their installer actually ordered the wrong sliding glass door for one of my applications. Instead of opening from left to right, and having a door in the corner of the bedroom, it would have opened from right to left. The door would have been behind the bed, and you would have had to step over an HVAC grate to use the door. Instead of offering a solution, the installer himself said "Well, is it ok? Can we just leave it?" NO! No you may not. But don't let this story deter you. The owner himself was more than apologetic. He knew that it wasn't ok, and never even hesitated. He rush-ordered the correct door, and knocked $50 off the total price. In the end, no issue. 2-SUPER tight seals. One of my sliding glass doors (not the one noted above) has a super tight seal. So much so that, when you're opening it, it doesn't open smoothly. About halfway, it hits extra friction and will get stuck. Then you have to give it extra oomph to open or close it. They said that it would loosen up over time, but 2 years later, it's still the same. This is both a good thing (great seals, great weather resistance) and a bad thing (difficult to use) so it speaks in both directions here. 3-mm off in size. One window is just a HAIR too big. I mean really, like 1-2 mm too wide. When you close both sides, the mechanism that locks the window doesn't line up perfectly, so it can be difficult to latch. It almost takes two people: one to pull with all their strength, the other to push the other window and close the latch. Almost. I'm exaggerating a little, but it's still an issue. 4-Cracked drywall. When the installation was done, there was a tiny crack about an inch long in the drywall over one installation. I was able to seal it with a couple coats of paint, so it's kind of another non-issue, but one I wanted to point out. These are the reasons I gave them a "B" for quality, but everything else is "A+" quality, and I recommend them to all of my friends.

It went great! The process was as easy as they claim. I emailed my windows measurements, and they sent a very competitive quote for high quality windows. They answered all my questions via email promptly. After I decided to go with Zen, Brandon came for a short appointment to get official measurements - the only time besides installation that they needed to be at my home. They did not require any deposit. Within a few weeks the windows were ready, and five friendly installers had 12 windows replaced in half a day. The windows are beautiful! This was probably the only time with a large project that I never second-guessed myself on whether I had made the right choice. I was excited to hire Zen and would do it again in a heartbeat.
