Very good experience with the entire process with Zen. We bought an Angies List deal, but had Zen quote additional windows. Quote process was easy and fast. They came to measure the windows within a couple of days, got the ordered windows within the estimated 3 weeks, and set up an install appointment as soon as the windows were in town. Installers arrived on time, and were very efficient, very careful with all of our furniture and decor. They took a lot of care to minimize any debris or dust in the house, put down runners everywhere they walked and worked inside, vacuumed after themselves, cleaned up all debris outside and in, kept us informed about progress, finished on time per their original estimate, and left us very satisfied with the new windows as well as the professionalism of their work and the entire process from quote to final invoice. The owners came by during the installation to ensure we were happy with how things were going.

Everything regarding the whole process with Brandon was phenomenal! From Brandon's highly professional consultative approach, to the on-time appointments, to the quick installation, to leaving the job site very clean, and to the GREAT prices, I was very impressed. I'm a real estate investor, and I deal with contractors all the time, so it's great to meet someone as reliable and hardworking as Brandon. As soon as I saw how good of a job he did on my house on Steele st, I immediately had him replace the windows on three other properties I own, and each job was as good as the first. I like how Brandon has expertise with many areas of construction, not just windows. I hired him for some custom work to build a exterior door frame and install a glass door where a window once was, and the results were terrific. Couldn't have asked for better service!

The whole project went very smooth. Brandon and wife showed up on time and took precise measurements of all windows to be replaced. He explained what our choices were, and understanding we were doing a "fix and flip" not a "fix and live" he recommended a mid quality product that would save us thousands over what others had quoted. We had a firm quote that evening and signed on the next day. The windows were ordered up with no deposit required. I took 10 days or so for the windows to be delivered and Brandon and crew showed up the next day and completed the installation in less than a day, amazing! The quality of the product and workmanship is outstanding. The windows come with a lifetime transferable warrentee. I'm sure the new windows will be huge selling point for when the house hits the market. I would use Zen again on my own house and any future investment properties and would recommend them to friends, neighbors and family. In fact my brother-in-law was going to have Zen give him a quote on replacing some windows at a rental he owns.

Brandon and Jamie were a pleasure to work with. Being a project manager and having a lot of experience with contractors, I don't make that statement lightly. I entertained several bids from installers for my project and I went with Brandon because I truly trusted him to complete the project, do it right, do it on time and stand behind his work. He fulfilled every one of my expectations and I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone. It should be noted that my install was anything but typical. My home is a quirky architectural jewel that is not exactly plumb and square from side to side. It's also built on a steep hillside requiring a lot of laddering and technical expertise. Brandon didn't complain about a thing - he worked contiguous and late to ensure the project was in a good place before heading out for the day. Furthermore, he and Jamie ensure a clean site at all times (NOT typical of contractors) which I appreciated very much. He went above and beyond to make sure the install was correct, caulked and operating smoothly. Lastly, Brandon and Jamie are personable and professional - staying on task, no loud music, cigarettes or cussing. Give these guys the opportunity to work on your project - you won't be disappointed.

Brandon and Jamie at Zen Windows did an excellent job. When they came over to give me an estimate, I was immediately impressed by their cordiality and professionalism and felt like I was in good hands. They gave me an estimate that came in lower than other estimates, so I was sold. Since I was juggling several major house projects, I decided to get only three of the windows replaced at first. I put in the window order with Brandon, and the windows were ready in about two weeks. He kept me updated on timing, and showed up promptly on the day that we scheduled. It was really easy because I met them in the morning and then left him there working while I went to work, and when I got home the windows were in and everything was cleaned up. The quality of the work was great, and included framing in a casement window over the kitchen sink where the previous opening extended down below the back of the kitchen sink/cabinets. Since the first three went so well, I called on Zen windows again a few months later to do the other four window replacements, which were basement slider windows. Again, everything went great. I ordered the windows, we picked a date, and this time I didn't even meet them in the morning- I just came home from work and the windows were in. This second job required some framing in the uneven brick window openings of an old house, so I was impressed with the way it turned out. All in all, I'd definitely recommend Zen Windows. They're inexpensive, reliable, and the windows look great.

I solicited 5 bids and decided to have Zen Windows do the job. This was a complete window replacement for my home and one door replacement. The workmanship is outstanding; one year later all windows and door open/close easily with no hint of a leak. The job was completed on schedule and I am completely satisfied. This a great example of a hardworking small business, the backbone of America.
