+ 0 moreWe used YK to renovate six bathrooms plus counters throughout our home. After using showers, we immediately saw issues with tile renovation. Missing grout, discoloration of grout, water behind shower walls, shoddy tile / quartz counters in showers, generally poor workmanship. We've discovered that silicone caulking wasn't used in any of our bathrooms, and we have to remove tile to replace boards behind tile. During the job, the demo team didn't complete the job, requiring us to hire help to finish reinstall of cabinets/doors so that YK could put counters in. YK started work before we hired a plumber leading us to find leaks, doubling our costs for plumbing. I cannot recommend YK for any service as they do not stand behind their work. In fact, they can't even suggest solutions to fix the underlying water issues where shower walls meet with shower pans. It's been a $100k disaster and we regret hiring this company to do this work for us. Beware!
