Wright Brother's Construction & Design Services

Our initial impression of Wright Brother’s Construction was very profession, yet personal. They accommodated an in personal review of the project within a week of our inquiry. We had a vision for the full basement remodel and we shared those specifics with Cameron. Within 1 month our project was underway. The Wright Brothers are exactly what their name says…brothers that work well together. As meticulous carpenters all of the framing and wood finish work was custom. As with most projects, minor detail specific changes would arise and the Wright Bros. were very amendable to alterations within the project. As a busy home the Wright Brothers were very respectful of our home, personal space and animals. The subcontractors they hired and supervised all provided professional detailed finish work (tile, drywall). We communicated daily with either Cameron &/or Jordan. We are very happy and pleased with the finished project. We look forward to using their services in the future.

Jordan came out and inspected our basement for a remodeling project. He was on time and polite and very informative as he walked through our basement. He explained what they would be doing and why, and what unique situations applied to our particular basement. He compiled an overall price, which ended up being outside of our planned budget. He also worked with us via email to try to find places to save money on the project. We did not contract with Jordan/Wright Bros in the end, but his bids were competitive with all other contractors that we contacted and the experience was very positive. If our budget had a little more wiggle room, we definitely would have gone with Wright Bros.

First let me start by saying that first impressions upon meeting with Cameron Wright were fantastic. Cameron was right on time to view the property and provide the estimate. Cameron was very polite as I walked him around the condo of which was heavily smoked damaged due to years of indoor cigarette use and in relative poor condition overall. Cameron and his brother Jordon provided a detailed scope of work estimate that was easy to understand which I reviewed and after Cameron had assured myself that his company could preform the work within a 5 week timeline I then signed the contract. A major part of my renovation was the fact that I currently live in California and I could not be there throughout the work so I decided it best to leave ALL the details to Wright Brothers Construction. They picked everything from the flooring color and materials to the cabinets,counter tops, replacement windows, new lighting,paint,etc. That turned out to be the best decision I made because they did a phenomenal job!! At the end of the 5 week deadline, they finished right on time, I walked into the condo and was blown away! The transformation was completely beautiful and the counter tops and back splash immediately stood out as better than expected!! That continued into the bathroom which had everything torn out and replaced. Cameron and Jordon chose a wonderful shower insert that had the bench I had requested for my elderly mother to be able to sit on as she showers. The rest of the tile design within the shower stall is gorgeous with a decorative band and a deep recess to place shampoo and such. All of this was entirely designed by Cameron and his team just like the rest of the condo!! Also the very strong smoke smell has been removed without a trace!! That alone was a tall order and I am very satisfied with the result!!! I am very pleased with every aspect of this project from the very beginning down to the final reveal and would not hesitate to pass along Wright Brothers Construction references to my family and friends! They did an excellent job and I can not overstate enough how pleased I am to have worked with such a great contractor!

Cameron and Jordan were great to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied with out finished product. They were very accommodating with any change requests we made along the way. The bathroom turned out fantastic and their tile guys did a fabulous job. However, the wet bar is our favorite. Cameron put my visions to life and we couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. We can't wait for them to do our master bathroom as well.

I contacted Cameron and Jordan for an estimate to finish my entire basement, they came out numerous evenings to go over measurements, plans , and options. Once we decided to hire wright brothers construction (after numerous estimates) they started promptly as described in our contract. I can not say enough how wonderful it was to work with Cameron and Jordon!! They were punctual, and were at the job daily doing 90% of the work themselves. There were no smoking breaks, drinking, or unruly sub contractors, everyone was very professional. Cameron and Jordan worked very closely with me daily to make sure placements of walls , tiles, doors, trim, flooring, etc were to my liking. When I could not visualize things they would even put a temporary wall or cabinet to give me a better visual! (they even taped out on the floor where every wall, door, cabinets, and toilet would be placed prior to starting construction) When I wanted to change something from the original plan, they were very accommodating and helpful with ideas for the variance. Lastly, they were awesome with my kids, pets, and family. I would consider them friends! We definitely would not hesitate to contract Cameron and Jordan should the need arise!

Cameron Wright was quick to respond to my phone call and met with me right away. And by that I mean after 5 on a week day, saving me the hassle of breaking away from work to meet. We are early in the process of defining the right way to remodel our basement and his insight was valuable and easy to understand. As with most folks there are things you want to do, and things you need to do. In our case we are planning a basement renovation and considering lowering the basement floor in our 1922 home. We needed to find someone that understands the issues renovations and knows the right subcontractors. I cannot say enough good things about Cameron, he's been both friendly and helpful, putting us in touch with other specialty contractors that might be needed for the work we are considering. His help with budget pricing really gave us the range of costs that we might encounter. Right now they are busy and the timing might not work out for them to do the work. He was very upfront about that situation but still stayed engaged, even to the point of sharing contact information for a colleague who could take on the work. That is real professionalism. Great guy all around in our experience.

We needed a bedroom addition to our home and had a design in mind. Cameron and Jordon made helpful suggestions that were superior to our original thoughts. With their suggestions, the addition far exceeded both in interior and exterior design to what we had imagined. We are extremely pleased with the result and quality of work performed. The addition was finished in a timely manner and within the time expected. We are a repeat customer for many reasons. Some of the key reasons include: The quality of their workmanship, their easiness to work with, maintenance of an orderly well-kept work site, their thoroughness, attention to detail, reasonable cost, and communication regarding each step throughout the project. Their work has withstood the test of time--a tribute to the quality of their work. We will continue to use Wright Brothers Construction and Design for future projects.

Cameron is a consummate professional who provided first class advice and guidance with respect to our project. Cameron and his brother then attended our property to undertake some initial inspection and based on his feedback we are considering our options.

The work went great. Had some delay with the previous work and the lack of permits but once that was sorted out the work moved quickly.

We moved into our new house, with a baby on the way. We knew we needed to convert the open loft space upstairs into a nursery as we wanted an additional bedroom. Jordon's quote was very reasonable and he stated they were able to start on the project right away (which was a big factor as our baby was due in one month). Well, baby came weeks early and Jordon and his brother began work ASAP which was much appreciated. Jordon and his brother were wonderful, always keeping us updated on their progress and really did a great job keeping the space as clean and dust free as possible. They completed the nursery within their timeline and did an absolutely fantastic job! The space turned out just as we had pictured it, and it looks like the room was part of the house's original construction. Our basement is unfinished and we already know that we will be hiring Wright Brothers for the job. We will recommend Jordon and his brother to all of our friends for any construction related services needed. They were just wonderful, and we are so grateful we found such a reputable family owned business.

I asked friends and family for help with a stuck toilet and a leaking water heater. No one was available or had the knowledge to help me. I finally decided to check the local community mailer and came across the Wright Bros. ad. What I liked about their ad is they were local and they immediately responded to my message. When Cameron came to my home I was instantly comfortable with him and so were my dogs (who in my opinion) are the best judge of character. Cameron and Jordon were able to fix the leak and take care of installing a new water heater. They were able to get this done and were reasonablely priced. We were so pleased with their performance we contracted them to remodel our two bathrooms.My husband had a design in mind for the tile placement and fixture replacement.. Even though my husband wasn't present, they were able to conferance and volley ideas over the phone. The job was completed to our ultimate satisfaction. I look foreward to working with them again with all our future project.

We're in the process of remodeling our 2nd home so we have dealt with our fair chair of contractors. Jordan and Cameron are by far our favorite contractors we have used and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Our latest project , which required their help, was a complete kitchen, laundry room basement gut and as usual Jordan and Cameron were awesome. Always going above and beyond our expectations they're conscientious, honest, dependable, and are great coming up with design ideas. Both the kitchen and basement prior to their work were pretty grungy and badly needed updating. Now after they have completed we love our updated kitchen and basement and look forward to using it for many years to come

Like, I said above, I ended up not doing the work with anyone, but if I had they would have gotten top consideration.

I was afraid of making the call to find a honest contractor to redo my basement. All the horror stories out there of home owner being left and quot;high and dryand quot; really left me uneasy. That's until I met Cameron and Jordan. These guys are salt of the earth. Our plan was to add a bedroom and bath, a second living-room with wet bar, laundry-room and work/storage room. They came in took a look at our basement, asked us our budget and then came back to us with a quote that was inside that budget. Not only that, they came to us with great solutions that would enhance our basement. Once awarded they started the job a few months, the exact week they had promised in the contract. They personally worked on our house everyday until the job was complete. They were extremely clean and contentious of the rest of the house, though you have to expect some dust and inconveniences they tried their hardest to make it comfortable. The finish project was amazing, so amazing in fact we made it our master-suite. People who have seen the transformation can't believe it's the same space. The only unfortunate thing is we spend more time down here then the rest of the house.In the end we not only got great contractors, but we call them friends now. In an industry of unaccountability we hit the jackpot, and we already have plans to use them again.

This is a follow-up review - I first offered comments when I signed the contract with Wright Brother's Construction 7/26/13, and wanted to offer a review on the finished construction project. First let me say, I am so glad to have done business with Wright Brother's Construction, Cameron and Jordan were fantastic to work with, their expertise, workmanship, and professionalism is of extremely high quality. The following feedback is broken into categories I think members would appreciate: 1) Contractors - Jordan and Cameron When you sign a contract with a contractor that you don't know, there is an element of trust that you both forge as you start the journey together. In my opinion, Cameron and Jordan made this journey an easy one and the end result is a beautiful, highly functional recreation room. I appreciated their professionalism, punctuality and way they cleaned up after themselves. As the project progressed I was always informed of the what was being done and brought up to date on the next phase of the project. My input was appreciated and welcomed, a good example was the design of the wet bar. Cameron had created the shape of the wet bar, plywood had been erected and design was defined. When I came home from work I would always go down to observe the days work. Unfortunately I found the bar design to wide for my liking and met with Cameron the next day. He listened to my input, without hesitation started to think about how he would change the design and told me it would be no problem. In fact, this is how Jordan and Cameron are, they want to make sure my wife and I were happy with design ideas and welcomed our input. If something could not be done, we were told why, if something could be done but would cost me a little more money because it was out of the scope of work we had agreed to on the contract, Cameron would provide the estimated additional cost. Both of the Brother's are skilled craftsmen, Jordan utilized Faux stone to create my wet bar's pillers and arch, as well as faux stone on another accent wall. Cameron did excellent tile work in the bar area and bathroom which included a shower. They both care about the quality of their work, and they care about their client and their client's home. Another example, I have a side gate that leads from the front yard to the backyard. This is the entrance they used to bring in their supplies, drywall, etc, unfortunately my gate was getting lose at the hinges and was difficult to open and close. Cameron fixed my gate at no charge. 2) Sub Contractors The Subs Jordan and Cameron used are also extremely professional and the quality of their work is of the high standards that Jordan and Cameron expect. I particularly liked the jobs performed by the electrician, painter, and drywallers/mudders. I felt the quality of the carpet we selected was very good, but felt the sub misinformed Cameron how long it would take to get the carpet and then have it installed. There was a big delay in the time quoted to Cameron for install compared to the actual date of install. If it wasn't for Cameron to really be on top of them, we would not have had the carpet installed earlier (but was still a delay). 3) Time for Completion of Project The quote on the contract was 8 weeks, took more like 12 weeks. Part of the delays were getting dates for inspection and the carpet delay for install. Another delay was caused by my vendor Best Buy, I contracted with them to install my sound system. They did a few things wrong and caused Cameron to cancel the Mudders and painter from starting on their jobs. Once again a demonstration of Cameron's flexibility. Of course I would have liked it to be closer to the eight weeks, but I am so happy with the final product and the quality of workmanship. Thank you Cameron and Jordan - you created and beautiful recreation room, Thanksgiving was a blast, we shot pool, played the arcade games, and watched a lot of football. Our investment will really provide us with years of enjoyment

Jordan and his brother began construction mid-August and squeezed our project in between two larger jobs of theirs. We were most appreciative of this accommodation. The wall that was constructed was ~16' across and ~8'high. The completed wall was beautifully texturized and painted and it looks like its always been there. Both Wright brothers and the two sub-contractors (drywall and electrician) were all very professional, communicative, and pleasant to work with. Detail-oriented and cleanliness are also their strong suits.

Cant tell you how great a job these brothers did. you will not make any mistake in engaging them to do any remodel. They are professionals, thorough reasonable and they are artists at doing the right thing from a design and color perspective. Hire them!

We would not hesitate to recommend Wright brothers construction. Both Cameron and Jordan were polite, professional and dedicated to their work. They were also very trustworthy and respectful of working in our home when we were out. They always left the area clean and safe upon leaving each night, and ensured that gates and doors were kept closed to prevent our dog from escaping, despite his best efforts to thwart this. Our project did run several weeks over the estimated time frame for completion, although Cameron did accommodate an extra project for us by building a small deck in our back garden. Considering the standard of their work and the end result we feel it was absolutely worth the wait. We particularly appreciated Cameron and Jordan's attention to our budget, and they worked hard to ensure addidional or unecessary costs were avoided. All work was completed with careful attention to both code and regulations. We feel the overall price for our project was very competitive, and very honestly presented. The carpeting was outsourced to a third party (carpet connections) whose sales service was, after we had become accustomed to the high standard of service from Cameron and Jordan, somewhat disappointing to us. Thankfully, Cameron intervened to prevent any further issues with the carpet situation! The dry-walling and painting were also outsourced to other professionals, both of whom worked to an equally high standard as Wright brothers construction, and we would recommend these individuals too. Overall we are extremely happy with our new basement and are very glad we chose Cameron and Jordan to undertake the remodel for us. We will definately use Wright brothers construction again for any future projects we may have..

The quote was about $5000 or $6000. It was considerably more expensive. It was excellent. They were extremely professional. I believe that they would be extremely reliable and they probably would do an excellent job. But it was just a little more expense than I wanted to go to for what I was having done. They were more of a high-end construction. I would tell family and friends that they can call Wright Brothers Construction and Design Services and get an estimate; I wouldn?t object to that depending on what kind of quality of work they want done.

After having problems with another contractor, we opted to hire the Wright Brothers, Cameron and Jordan.? As our budget was tight, they were?so helpful and willing to work with us on price.? We are extremely pleased with the results!? We also really enjoyed working with them!? Their work is very detailed and high quality!? They went above and beyond making sure everything met?our expectations, which wasn't easy, I'm sure.? We came across a few challenges, not because of them, but because of unexpected obstacles, but Cameron and Jordan were always positive and did what was necessary to fix the problem.? An example is when we discovered the sink was chipped and already attached to the granite countertop?we purchased which was already installed on the vanity.? In addition to this the side splashes didn't end up fitting correctly.? After addressing these issues, we thought everything was ready?to re-install and discovered the side splashes still didn't fit.? Cameron and Jordan were very patient and waited for me to get them sized appropriately to return once again to install them!? In addition to their patience, they?are very helpful.? They picked up the vanity we purchased because we didn't have a vehicle large enough to hold it.? They also made several trips to Home Depot to purchase (and return - so sorry, guys!) supplies such as tile, lights, etc. that we wanted.? And, hey, if you ever have car problems, they are there willing to help out as well!? One day I jumped in my car to discover that the battery had died.? Cameron and Jordan stepped right up and offered to recharge it!? I would have been in?a bind if they hadn't been there!? Prior to and along the way, Cameron and Jordan offered suggestions and recommendations of things we could do, which we hadn't thought of.? We really appreciated this.? An example of this?was adding a few inched to the entertainment room and making the mechanical room a bit smaller.? I loved this idea as it makes the entertainment room look larger and not so long and rectangular.? Another idea we really liked is when they created a small box over the ugly sump pump access in the corner of the entertainment room.? It actually looks pretty!? We really like their idea of using the access covers which blend better with the wall.? We appreciated their opinions with a lot of the decisions.? We don't have anything but good things to say about Cameron and Jordan and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!? We will definitely use them again in the future should we have any opportunities!

These guys are great. Their follow-up is punctual and pleasant. They've come by twice to look at a couple of very minor things--one of which had nothing to do with their remodel. They are always willing to help and look at "just one more thing" for me. As a tenant, it's great to have gotten to know them. I would definitely use them for a remodel when I buy.

They first came by the house to take notes on what we wanted. ?They took those notes and drew up schematics and brought them back to verify that it was correct. ?They then started the process of locating the materials to send us a quote. ?After an extensive search they located the appropriate items for our pantry. ?They brought by color samples of the shelving to get the okay and when we did not like the color they searched for the color we were happy with. ? ?They then sent us a quote with 1/2 due up front for materials and last 1/2 due upon completion. ?They came out for a final overview in which we actually added something to the plans and they were able to work it into the design. ?They were very careful in their planning as to make sure the shelves would be stable and the framing would support the weight. ?They built the cabinets and installed them. They floor was not level they so took more time to ensure it was done correctly. ?They ran into some of the unknowns of the crown molding not looking right to them and changed it until it came out. ?When it was finished they cleaned up the space and left the area clean and ready ?to use. ?We will definitely use them on future projects.

We hired Cameron and Jordan to complete a full remodel of a basement at a rental property. We hired them based on their estimate for the job and their time frame to completion. From start to finish the project could not have gone more smoothly. Since this was a rental property with tenants currently occupying the home, one of our biggest priorities was having all the work done under permit and fully inspected. This was no problem for Cameron (although the city inspectors were difficult to work with at times). Each step of the project was signed off as passing code requirements and I was updated after each inspection. Their work is of high quality even through they were able to give us such a low bid. The finished project far exceeded my hopes for the space and will really add significant value to the home and prospects of rent for future tenants. Honestly the basement is the nicest part of the home now. Cameron was always very easy to reach by phone and email. All of our questions or concerns, which there weren't many, we're promptly addressed to our satisfaction. On a personal side note, both Cameron and Jordan were especially wonderful to work with because often when I would stop by to see how the work was coming along or to discuss parts of the project I had my very spirited toddler with me. They both were so accommodating of this and my son still talks about getting to measure with Jordan. I am also expecting twins later this year and as a surprise on our final walk through they gave me a surprise gift card for the babies. Truly, they are excellent craftsmen but are even better people. I am so pleased with our decision to hire them. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor and if we personally have any additional projects they will be who I call.
