Description of Work: Brian replaced our sliding patio door, he recommended the best door to get, he picked it up when it was available and had the job finished in less than a day, and he removed the old door and completely cleaned up. He couldn't have done a better job and we're extremely pleased.

Description of Work: Called and spoke with Brian who said he was very busy over the next few days but to email him & he would contact us. We need to replace our back door. Almost a week went by, no contact so we contacted him. Set up a time for him to come by & he never showed & never got any contact from again. Shocked to see this company has such high ratings.

Description of Work: Door work, reset door thresholds and gaskets, rebuild structural column supports. Brian's bid seemed high, but when I saw the quality of the work I realized how reasonable it was. He is truly a craftsman.

Description of Work: Wood-N-Things was my first experience with a service provider through Angies List and if this level of quality is representative I look forward to many years of using this service in the future. The owner, Brian Tilson, was prompt in returning my call, met my schedule needs in providing an estimate for repair of my garage walk-in door and frame, and with in 2 days had a replacement door located and purchased from an architectural salvage shop, repaired the frame, installed the door and replaced the entry set, He even offered to cut up my warped and dilapidated door for disposal. I have a very old home, built in 1900, and not much conforms to today's standards. I am used to contractors scratching their heads when faced with a repair. Brian just smiled and said I like old houses. I can wholeheartedly recommend this contractor to others. He is fair, professional, listens well and does a great job. What more could you ask for?
