Greg Charlton was hands down the best part of my home buying experience. As a first time home buyer, his knowledge and advice were invaluable. He was always available to take a look at homes, brought so many suggestions to me to check out – and explained why he thought each property had good value. He also never hesitated to let me know if he felt a property was not a good fit for my short and long term investment goals. Greg is transparent and honest, which was such a relief during the bidding process, especially in the highly competitive Denver market. Once we found some good options to move forward with, Greg walked me through every step, from the bid proposal to the final signing. He helped me find a perfect investment and first home. And he continues to help me as a new homeowner, with recommendations and checking in on progress of my renovation projects. He would absolutely be my only suggestion for a realtor, as he was a true advocate to myself and my family in the crazy market!

Jessica Johnson was an incredible advocate for me in the process of searching for and eventually signing for a home. The search for a condo has its own set of hurdles to be overcome due to banks and the federal governments requirements to finance. Once I finally won a bid I discovered halfway through the closing process that my financial institution would not loan on the property. Jessica worked through the weekend and had a bank lined up for me on Monday afternoon. With only 2 weeks to do a process that normally can take a month she and my newest loan officer got the information and the seller all lined up for closing. Three days before closing there were additional issues with the seller and closing had to be pushed beyond my timeframe to be out of my then current address. She worked diligently with the seller's agent and was able to secure my interest rate with a point buy down that the seller agreed to cover as well as an early occupancy so I'd have a place to live while the process was completed. She was truly incredible! It was a harrowing experience and I was really happy to have her in my corner. I forgot to mention, all this was for a property at the lowest market rate in Denver. It didn't matter to her. I really cant' say enough good things about her!

We were very impressed with Dan, from the first time we talked with him over the phone. We met with him the same week. He respectfully listened to what our expectations were. He informed us of the process, giving us a realistic view of what to expect. We went over what he thought would be the best avenue's for us to take, to make the process as smooth as possible. He was very respectful of our time. The next time we met we scheduled appointments for each of the upcoming steps in the process. He had comps on the area around our neighborhood at the next meeting, as well as suggestions on how best stage our home. We staged our home using some of his suggestions. He had the ad posted online and in a sign in our yard within a week, "Coming soon". He had a photographer come to take pictures and shots for a 3D virtual tour. She did such a wonderful job I had second thoughts about letting it go. He was very thorough and realistic every step of the way. He took care of all of the paperwork, gave us contacts for the minor repairs that we need to make. Set up the open house, our house sold in one day. We had offers for more than we expected. He and his team were there for us and I'm sure they will be there for you, in what ever capacity you may need. Don't miss your blessing if you are looking to sell. Dan is the Man!
