My husband, Jeffrey, and I had the privilege of working with Dan Root in the sale of our home in Denver. Dan was professional, courteous, intuitive and knowledgeable from start to finish. He helped us price our home in a market that was competitive for its sale. Our goal was to have an edge on other houses, many of them, in the same neighborhood. Dan was able to navigate us to that successful edge. We were able to go under contract when many other equivalent homes in our area are STILL on the market. Two days before our closing date, our buyer’s loan fell through, and Dan moved heaven and earth to keep the closing on the table. We worked with Shannon Daly, Laura Crosby, and the entire team worked furiously behind the scenes to make the sale happen. Scott Burke, also with Wisdom, assisted in keeping the contingent purchase of our dream house on the table, the house we had been waiting ten years for. I have never seen such heart and soul from a company. They were able to guide our buyer to a mortgage company who resolved the glitch, and we successfully closed two weeks later. Not only did Dan reflect savvy and superior negotiation skills, he supported Jeffrey and me through the stress of literally having a moving truck in our front yard for two weeks. He and Scott Burke even helped to defray some of those complicating costs in our delayed closing. There are companies that do their jobs well, and then there is a company like Wisdom Real Estate. Dan Root and Scott Burke not only do their jobs extremely well, they genuinely care and believe in the individuals they work for. Overall, a rare and exceptional experience. It was great! Greg helped us find a house even though we were living out of state at the time. Thus, he looked at houses that we liked and even did video walk-throughs for us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Long overdue review for my realtor Scott Burke at Wisdom Realty Scott far exceeded any of my expectations. As a first-time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the process or terminology or the best process people to involve. Scott was very kind he took the time to sit down with me to explain every process. he even recommended an excellent Mortgage company in the area, which I decided to use I greatly appreciated the referral. Scott was willing to come pick me up to show me many properties, and when I found the house I loved he put together the offer letter hours later. Scott was very helpful and patient I called him many times he always responded in a timely manner and that relieved my stress level. I am convinced it was his expertise that help tremendously in my offer getting accepted I recommend Scott to anyone looking for their first home, second or selling property he is the one!

Our agent we worked with was Jason. He was recommended to us from a friend at work. Jason was more than eager to help us find a home. We anticipated this would be a longer project than expected, as we kept looking at homes that did not interest us. Then the day came and we walked into the home that we knew was ours to be.
