I enjoyed my experience very much with Wisdom Real Estate, and Kama. They were with me every step of the way searching for a home in the ultra competitive Denver market. Kept me in the location I wanted and under budget. I will definitely recommend to a friend.

Things went great! Wisdom has a real Denver-tech startup feel to it and operate as a kind of coherent team, leveraging a variety of different people in each deal. We ended up selling our house for $5k over the listing price. We were under contract in less than a week, and we found our new house as quickly and were under contract very quickly. Compared to other houses weve sold in the past, this was a very simple process. We were provided a professional photographer to take pictures, advice on how to stage the house, and the marketing seemed to pull in enough people to get multiple offers right out of the gate. Lastly, a nice litle perk is that for each transaction you fulfill with Wisdom, they put you on their wine list subscription for a year. Having bought and sold with Wisdom, we now have a 2-year subscription to the wine club. And since it was our second time using them, they gave us a bit of a discount on the commission as well. No doubt, a fantastic experience. if Im going to pay the premium to have my houses listed by real estate agents, they are the way to go...

I've had such a great experience with Jason and Q from Wisdom Real Estate to purchase my first home. Their website has the most up to date listings of property and their status. Both Jason and Q fully respected our time-frame and criteria for home shopping. After our offer was accepted, Jason did his best to meet our best interest. We just purchased our first home through Wisdom Real Estate, and it was a great experience! Our agent, Colleen Zahradnicek, was fantastic. She helped us navigate the crazy Denver market and coordinated with us from a thousand miles away. She worked with us to set up homes to view during the one weekend we were able to make it out to look at houses. Great to work with and several resources availble to help with the selling and closing process. When contractors were needed for additional work Wisdom empolyees were very helpful in providing contacts for contractors they had worked with in the past. This was a tremendous benefit when time is limited during the selling process.

Julie is a bright, caring and honest agent who makes you feel welcome from the minute you meet her! Julie is hard working and does everything in her power to make your experience and time with her a pleasant one. Julie has an infectious smile that immediately takes the stress out of trying to understand what was originally a complicated and overwhelming process. On a personal level, I have the most respect for Julie and the work that she does.

Wisdom Real Estate was fantastic. Everyone should have an experience like this when buying a home. They were knowledgeable, personable, and responsive to all of our preferences and questions. Our agent was an excellent fit for us, and we immediately forged a very easy, productive professional relationship. It was quickly apparent to us that he and his colleagues at Wisdom believe in the principle of the Extra Mile, and that has remained the case throughout our experience. As one small example, our realtor even offered us his personal office space and printer when we had some technical trouble with some of the forms. When we got there, he took care of it all, and helped us make sure they made it to the right people. Again, very above-and-beyond kind of people. Anyway, the main result of our experience with Wisdom Real Estate is that after only about 4 days of searching, we'd found a house that met our needs astoundingly well. In my book that's quite an accomplishment, because the Denver metro area real estate market is crazy right now, with homes disappearing off the market literally hours after being listed. In short, I cannot recommend Wisdom Real Estate more highly. Buying a home is a bit of an overwhelming process, from the task of deciding whether to jump in with an offer because the house might be gone the next day or to wait it out, to the staggering amount of paperwork involved in the transaction. But Wisdom Real Estate made it about as good a home-buying experience as we could have hoped to have. If you're looking around for unquestioned experts who care about making things happen for you, you owe it to yourself to check these people out.

The Wisdom Group, Kama in particular, have been amazing to work with. Every step of the way they were there to support us. Though the offering phase, setting up inspectors, and eventually helping us find a new loan provider, they were nothing short of 100% supportive.
