Dan was an excellent agent to work with when we sold our house! He and the Wisdom Real Estate team have perfected the art of selling houses, down to every tiny detail. My experience with Morgan and Wisdom Real Estate was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the buying process and was very available to meet with me to look at properties and answer questions I had. She was an amazing advocate for us throughout the buying process. She really fought for us and what we wanted. We found a house that we loved and she put an offer in immediately so that no one else could put an offer in on the property. She made the buying process stress-free and easy for us. She didn't put any pressure on us to move forward with anything, and made sure that we loved the house we bought! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Dan Root. We worked with him to sell our home and we couldn't have been more pleased! We knew instantly that he was the one for us. Kama was such a fantastic resource! The housing market was tough to navigate in general. But we were in an especially challenging position as we were trying to purchase a home from out of state. She worked with us as we sent family members to view open houses. She was always responsive, positive, thoughtful and helpful. We communicated via FaceTime, phone and email until we were able to come out in person for a weekend. When we found the home we wanted, she was there in 45 minutes, and helped us make and offer and sign a contract that same weekend. She is knowledgeable, helpful, kind and a pleasure to work with. We were very hesitant to begin the process of listing and selling our home, this was true until we met Dan Root. From the first night Dan came to our home we just liked him. He was prompt, professional and very attentive. He made our whole family feel comfortable and we knew we had the right agent. Dan walked us through good practices on how to stage our home and really be competitive in the market. The next week we had pictures and a virtual walk through video taken of our home. Both turned out really amazing; seriously AMAZING! Time for showings. We listed on Thursday and held showings through Sunday evening. This is a very stressful time and anxiety was high in our family. Dan was readily available to take a call, respond to a text or reply to an email no matter what time of day or night. Once we started talking about offers we felt the decisions were always "ours" yet Dan was there to discuss pros and cons whenever we needed him. Honestly, the whole process is very stressful as I don't believe any transaction as a seller or buyer will be without stress. What we never felt was pressure. We were moving from out of state and we had a relationship with her via email for two years before buying our home. She was willing to meet inspectors for us in our absence and take care of things that we were not available to do. Morgan went above and beyond for us. Great! Morgan Nutting was a superhero real estate agent for me and my family. She stuck with me for 2 years while my office contemplated a move to Boulder, and then helped us get the house we wanted after a marathon weekend of house hunting. Throughout it all she was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Any time she didn't know the answer to a question, she researched and dug until she could answer it with 100% certainty. She fought for us like crazy during the inspection phase of escrow (great negotiation skills!) and continued to be on point until we got the keys and even beyond. She met inspectors while we were still in another state and even inspected the house when the owners departed. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. Highly recommended!

I’m a naturally skeptical person, especially about the real estate market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently clueless about home buying that I chose to work with an agent. I went along despite suspicions that the reviews sounded too good to be true. I was won over pretty quickly by the competence and kindness I was shown. Mostly though, I got the strong sense that she was working to get me something I’d be happy with for the best possible price. She was quite responsive and patient with talking me through the reams of paperwork. The times she said we’d probably get out-bid, we did. In the end she talked us down a bit, and saved us a heap. In short I was quite pleased with my experience.

Erik got my name from my uncle who he worked with earlier in the year, and made the contact to me. My work was moving me to the Denver area, and we were looking to buy a house for the first time. We really didn't know what we were doing. He was great (probably an understatement). First on the phone before meeting he answered many questions. Then when I got the time from work to go find a house he already had a plan given the short time we had to look (2 1/2 days to find a house). We looked at something like 17 houses in the metro area in about 21 hours all together. We found the one we wanted and he took us through the whole experience with such ease we couldn't believe it. We lived in Denver for only 3 months before a transfer came again. Now we had to sell our house and fast. Called Erik and he was all about us and getting us what we needed. We had a couple problems (dog taking out the deck). He had the contacts that were good priced as well as fast and quality work. He sold our home within hours of it hitting the market, and got us more then we imagined. Best of all both times working with Erik he made us feel like we were the most important people. Always got back to us when we had a question no matter how stupid it was. I will tell everyone I know that is buying or selling in the Denver area to use Erik there is not a better Realtor out there.
