I recently sold my condo working with Dan Root and Wisdom Real Estate. This is the second time I have worked with Dan and have come to rely that he will get the job done while preserving my goals and objectives throughout the process. Wisdom Real Estate created and posted an excellent 3D virtual walk through of the condo that allowed buyers to view the property online and develop interest. Dan was great at communicating with everything that I needed to do as well as providing sound advice on items such as listing price and countering any buyer objections. I received an offer for the asking price within one week and could not be more pleased with how smooth everything went.
