+ -1 moreThe blizzard was on Wed, 3/23, on which the snow stopped around mid-day. Kinlin service did not show up until Thu, 3/24 afternoon. There was no communication explaining delay and I shoveled the sidewalks and the driveway myself. Their crew came out and only shoveled the porch steps. I spoke to Mr. Kinlin who was incredibly rude and offered zero apology, and wanted to charge full price, even though I myself already did 80% of the work.

+ -1 moreThey do okay work, but they are not very helpful when I want to discuss a problem. They don't show up when promised to discuss the issues I'm concerned about. I will continue to use them for now, but may look around a bit.
Description of Work: Kin Lin Works mows my lawn once a week, front and back. They also trim, edge and rake.

+ -1 moreThey are courteous, thorough and easy to work with. They are consistent in their arrival and departure times each week. John is quick to respond any time I call.
Description of Work: John and his crew do many of the lawns on our block. They mow, weed-wack, and edge our lawn/driveway each week.

+ -1 moreIf the company was too busy to give an estimate or schedule the work, they should have just said so. I was left hanging waiting for the visit, and then waiting for an estimate that never came.
Description of Work: The work was NOT performed, as I called numerous times and was not given the estimate. I'm sorry as this is a local business, but also disappointed that I could not support it.
