+ -1 moreMike and his crew spray-painted everything, so there was a lot of prep work taping and masking various areas. We wanted to keep the carpet, and they were very careful about masking it - there were absolutely no paint marks on the carpet. We were out of town for a good part of that work, but I felt very comfortable having the crew in the house. Mike has an incredible drive and work ethic, and he worked on the weekends and late into the night to get the job done. The painting took about two weeks to complete and Mike came back a few weeks later to finish up some final bits of trim. Mike is very meticulous about his work and as a result, we have a beautiful, custom paint job. He knows his paint and his techniques, he is rightfully proud of his work, and he is truly an artist.
Description of Work: We were updating our 1970's house and replaced all 12 of the old brown interior doors, trim and baseboard with 6-panel doors and molded trim and baseboard. Mike and his crew spray-painted all the doors and trim a beautiful, crisp white. They also painted all the walls and ceilings of the house - 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen, living room, family room, hallways and stairways. Several of the ceilings were a challenge because they had the old, fake Styrofoam wood-look beams, which had to be primed before they could be painted. Mike also primed and painted the brown stair handrail the same white as the trim. In addition, Mike stained the new front door a mellow oak color and painted the back door leading to the garage.
