URBAN LIGHTS

A couple of problems arose with my order of ten fixtures That's when Urban Lights (UL) Support took over in the form of Veronica Bourgeois. She absolutely owned solving them. First a LED Mirror that was months late due to the mfg., changing design was delivered by UL with two forklift tine holes in the packaging. My remodeling crew foreman opened the packaging with the Master Electrician and determined it was broken. I called UL and so immediately met Veronica. All I had to do was send her pictures of the packaging and the mirror and the next day she had the factory was preparing a replacement for shipping that came within a week. The second issue Veronica owned and followed up repeatedly involved six glass shades. I had received so many boxes of fixtures and parts it was hard to detect that one which was shipped separately to UL was missing. When it was discovered and delivered, two shades were broken. Immediately Veronica sprang into successful problem solving mode.

Went into the showroom twice to look at ceiling fans several months ago. No one paid any attention to me either time or even asked me if I needed help. I mentioned that to the receptionist as I was leaving the second time, who apologized. I won't go back. I ended up purchasing online after doing the leg work and research myself.

We bought new lighting for our kitchen, dining room and bathroom remodel. We were very happy with the professionalism and good customer service shown to us by our lighting specialist Deborah. She was attentive and listened to what we wanted and showed us many options. We are very happy with our lighting and definitely recommend Urban lights.
