AF did a great job quickly identified the issue, tested to ensure that there was nothing else going on, gave me a fair and very reasonable price, fixed what needed to be done, tested to ensure working and moved on. He was pleasant and professional. Further I have had a few others over the years tell me I needed a new system for thousands more. System works great thanks

Service person and dispatcher informed me my unit had a severe leak and it was not legal to repair the leak as it used the old R22 freon. Insisted I had to install a new unit for a discounted price of $5400. They said that the unit was 4.5# low and even though it was not legal they would put in the 4.5# of freon for $550, but " it may only last a few days". I said, no deal, so they charged me (my renter) a service call and left swearing and very mad. Same day received a referal from a person who services my commercial building. Next day D&L sent a man out. Unit had no leak, added 1/4# freon, changed filter to proper low restriction filter, and charged $80. Unit no longer freezes up and 1 week later works great. Tried to contact manager from UniColorado, to prevent this complaint, but he will not talk to me.

It went very well. Afshin installed the system in a timely manner for an excellent price. This system costed me $5400, which is $1000 under what it would've been using another business. Afshin was available for any questions I might have during and after the installation and made sure to follow up on the work that was done. Very respectful and professional!
