We had a great experience with Ultimate Heating and Cooling. Our very old furnace broke overnight so we decided to do a full AC/Heat replacement. Kyle was very knowledgeable and patient answering all of our many questions. He also didn't try to rush us into a decision which was very nice given how stressful a situation like this can be. Our installation team (Sam, Jorge and Ricardo) was really fantastic! They were very considerate of the home and placed protective tarp/fabric everywhere they worked. They did an outstanding job! I'm so glad we chose Ultimate

Our furnace stopped working right as our temps dropped to -12 (of course!). We called Ultimate on a Saturday evening after trying a couple of simple things myself. They had an on-call person who was available to be at my home first thing the next morning, despite the blizzard! Kelly, the technician, was friendly, helpful, explained everything to us about what he found, and reviewed every aspect of the costs with me before moving forward. A+ experience all around. And now we have heat again!

Matt (the owner) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. His employees for great. After running into problems with our General Contractor, Matt came and finished our installation himself in order to minimize ongoing issues. His calm and expertise were so helpful and the workmanship is wonderful. I would hire this company again.

Our water heater failed on a Sunday. Lloyd came the next day and provided an estimate and they were able to install the unit the next day. We noticed one of our bathroom faucets was leaking after they completed the job. We informed them, they took ownership of the problem and personally arranged for their plumber to fix it. I offered to pay for the cost of parts required, but they did not charge me any extra. I've dealt with several contractors since purchasing our home, their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly make Ultimate stand head and shoulders above the rest!

They are prompt, very well priced, honest and just great to work with. Have a can do attitude and are very accommodating in for appointments. I recommend them to anyone
