TUFF SHED INC - Denver

Aweful experience. Ordered a Tuff Shed from Home Depot. Tuff Shed reached out and had me sign contracts and said the permit department would reach out to me. After several weeks no one has reached out so I contacted the woman who sent the contracts. She was able to get someone to reach out and get additional info. Another several weeks passed and finally their permitting dept contacted me. After complaining she is the only one doing permits so it takes a long time she put me in touch with a sales person. It has taken so long that Home Depot cancelled my order but they assured me they would just sale it directly. Several more weeks passed and I'm notified the permit was denied though they couldn't tell me why and according to the city website there should not have been a reason. The sales person came out and looked and suggested another option. Now we are several weeks later for a total of five months and no one will respond to emails. I copy all of the contacts that I have and nothing. Do not order a Tuff Shed if you actually want to get a shed.

The construction of this Tuff Shed Garage was not smooth or efficient. There were ongoing communication problems that caused several unnecessary delays and much inconvenience. It took a month to get this job done. The bad; work crews showing up unannounced and unscheduled and letting themselves into the back yard, which is unacceptable. Scheduling work and not showing up. Scheduling inspections with the county without advising me to be at my residence to give the Inspector access to the building. Then rescheduling for the final inspection on an unfinished building. The building sat unfinished for several weeks. Then Tuff Shed telling me that the building was finished even though the roof, gutters and anchoring had not been completed and it would not pass inspection. Employees scheduling work on the building, the work being done, then being recontacted several days later by different employees to schedule the same work. The good; the building materiel seems to be of decent quality and put together properly off site. It was made to spec and fit on a pre poured foundation without any trouble. I'd like to add that the original salesperson on Santa Fe was professional, knowledgeable and and did a very good job.

They were great; their price was competitive and they were perfect. I liked them.

THEY SHED LOOKED NICE WHEN THEY PUT IT UP, BUT WE GOT A COMPLAINT THAT IT WAS TOO CLOSE TO OUR NEIGHBORS PROPERTY LINE. WE FELT THAT THEY SHOULD OF KNOWN THE RESTRICTIONS. THEY MOVED THE SHED SIX INCHES FOR FREE, BUT NOW THE AREA AROUND THE SHED LOOKS WEIRD.

TUFF SHED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SENT OUT A MEN TO MEASURE AND LOOK AT THE AREA WE WANTED THE SHED PUT. HE CAME BACK WITH A CREW A FEW DAYS LATER AND BUILT THE SHED. THEY DID GREAT WORK AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEM SELVES.

WE ARE DELIGHTED WITH OUR NEW SHED. THE WINDOW IS PERFECT FOR LETTING IN LIGHT AND AIR. THEY MATCHED THE PAINT TO OUR HOUSE AS WELL AS THE TRIM PAINT. THE BUILDING OF THE SHED WENT QUICKLY.
