Wow! What great customer service! True Blue was very accommodating to get us into their busy work schedule. Lloyd, our Service Tech, was fantastic! He showed up at 6:30 pm, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided the repair options with his wise recommendation & worked very efficiently to replace our failed HVAC! Lloyd had to go pick up the new unit, go to Home Depot for parts & worked to 10:30 pm to finish his work. Lloyd was a Godsend & we are very thankful to have a new HVAC! He was very pleasant to deal with & weâ ve never seen anyone work any harder to complete his work! Thank you True Blue!

Tech was knowledgeable.

The appointment was set for 11-2. Showed up at 7. Tech estimated it to cost $380 to find the leak. I was later quoted $800. I was told an $80 service fee would be credited to repair. The quote showed only a $40 credit. The repair was not completed on the day of the service call. No reason given. Tech did not replace line caps and left them on the ground. This resulted in the small leak of Freon which he just replaced.

The results are what count! Our furnace was making some noise that had us worried about running it and True Blue came in a hurry to take care of us! They were courteous and professional and didnâ t leave us without heat in a cold snap. We needed a part and they delivered at a great price. Thanks True Blue... you are our new furnace folks!

Great people, I will be using them again

The guys that came out were able to service the AC, the Furnace and the Gas Fireplace. Many others wouldnâ t touch the Fireplace and would require subbing it to another company with a separate service fee. The guys at True Blue are looking to get my service long-term, not just to get in and out with as little effort as possible. They went above and beyond what I needed...including rolling up our water hose nicely after spraying off the build-up on our AC unit. Iâ ll for sure hire them again.

Had them come out to service my Heater and AC unit. Technician was unable to get my AC unit to come on from the thermostat. Was giving him a blinking cool on light. He said this was showing the thermostat is bad and needs to be replaced despite having no issues previously. He quoted me 700 dollars to replace it with a thermostat that they recommend. A quick google check shows that means it's to prevent short cycling of the compressor instead. A few minutes after he was shown the door AC unit came right now. Hiring a professional was not was this felt like.

Everything with True Blue Heating & Air was amazing! True blue reached out to me within hours of me first indicating I wanted a job done. They sent someone (James) out for a free estimate same day. Not only was he early, but called before hand and make sure that was okay. He was thorough, quick, and professional. After the estimate, he followed up unbelievably quickly with the pricing and job details. (The quote also came in under the price of another company who told me doing it the way James suggested was more expensive and harder) James came back to my home as soon as possible (less than 2 business days) to complete the job. Prior to arriving, he called to let me know he was on his way and when exactly I could expect him. Each step of the project he walked me through and explained to me. He was (again) quick yet thorough. James cleaned up every bit of mess he made (and more) and was so kind, respectful and communicative. I couldn't recommend True Blue (& James!) more. I hope I have another opportunity to use their services!

They charged me $1,100 to vacuum out my vents and fill up some coolant. Never using them again.

The guys showed me how to clean out the AC pump so it wouldn't mess up the pump in the future.

The first appointment for the a/c unit on Tuesday was canceled due to the stormy weather which I understood and agreed to reschedule on Friday between 4-6 pm window. On Friday at 5:30 pm I called the office and asked if the technician will be here and the person who answered on the phone said yes and he should be on the way. At 5:50 pm, I received a text and let me know that the technician will not be here. I would never recommend this.

I called Saturday and they sent someone out Sunday at no additional charge. Repairman had to return Monday to complete the job but he was early on Sunday and early on Monday

Adam came out when he was supposed to for the initial visit and was very communicative. He seemed genuinely concerned with our comfort due to our broken AC. Prices were fair. The actual install went late into the night, which was impressive dedication from Adam but we probably would have preferred rescheduling (since he put a nice band-aid on our AC to get it working before the complete replacement).

I just needed a repair and Adam was thorough in his inspection and repair of my ductless air unit.

Tony was amazing. He was knowledgeable and helpful and fair and professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have already referred him to a friend.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my downstairs bathroom remodel. They demoed, rebuilt and and re-tiled the shower, removed and re-tiled the space as well as custom installed a vanity and sink in a very challenging space. Jimmy Jr. was very responsive from beginning to end and responded and fixed some quality control issues when their was a little miscommunication. I wanted to finish the drywall and paint to save a little and they worked with me though the drywall installation was a bit rough and took a bit of effort to mud and tape. They were prompt and worked hard. We had some surprises revealed after demo that required upwards adjustment of the price and they were fairly reasonable in negotiating this. Jimmy Jr works hard and fast as the project manager.
