He went above and beyond the call of duty. He sucked up all of the water and put fans under the carpet. He charged me a third of what the other company would of charged.

I let them get started with the upstairs and they started complaining that the rugs were "too dirty" I really didn't understand this at all. Then they got to my daughter's room and when they came down stairs they told me the "cut out" the area where the stain had been instead of using a solvent on the stain. I was really angry. Then they were really complaining to each other about the dirt on the stairs and one of the technicians discovered that they did not have any propane in the tank on their truck and the water they were using to clean the carpet was not hot. So they brought in something that looked like a floor buffer and proceeded to attempt to clean my downstairs carpets. My stairwell is not clean and the downstairs is a mess. My daughter's room has two quarter sized holes in the carpet where they took a pair of scissors and actually cut the carpet out. They were supposed to shampoo both the area rug under my dining room table and the runner in entry way but they skipped the runner and said they didn't know anything about it. They informed me that the owner of the company was out of town and wouldn't be back for an extended period of time. I would never use this company again. Even though they weren't rude they were incompetent and I have to have the job redone but it won't be by this company.
